Not bad. Not great either. Just acceptable BBQ. Had the Pulled Pork, it was tender but a little dry and not a lot of smoke taste. The onion rings were good but slightly overcooked and hard. The Tater Tots were, well, tater tots. The soft drink machine was out of adjustment or running low on CO2 but the Iced tea was good. The place doesn't have a lot of personality, it's basically a cement brick building, but the staff was nice and the service quick. I noticed another reviewer said "best BBQ in Chatsworth." Found the place on Yelp that had good reviews so wife and I went. We had the pork plates with Brunswick stew, onion rings,slaw, and fried okra. Sweet tea was good. Brunswick stew was really good. Not to thick and just enough spices. Fried items were crispy and not drenched in oil. They do serve everything in throw away packing.Prices are very reasonable. Quantities were more than enough for me. You can eat there or drive through. read more

Brisket and pork are very good. Crinkle cut fries (with paprika) are good. Brunswick stew has chopped pork, chunky brisket, corn and lots of tomatoes. I liked it but could have used about half as much tomato (more like a soup than a stew). Service was quick and friendly. Best BBQ place that we've found in this area. read more

Absolutely the best BBQ I've ever ate and the sweet tea ........OMG !!! Absolute perfection. Every time I come to town from Eton and the Smoke from Saucey Bones fills my car I'm instantly hungry and mouth starts to water. The price is great for the amount of food you get and I can't think of any where else that I've ate bbq that it has ever tasted so good. Don't bother if your luck is anything like mine. The last 4 orders I have gotten from them has been wrong and pathetic. I mean...how hard is it put extra onions on top of a hamburger steak plate (that I ordered and had no problem paying for) and put more than 4 tator tots on the plate to go with it. We were passing through Chatsworth from TN back to South Atlanta and really didn't want fast food. We pulled up Saucey Bones on the map and called to place a to-go order. When we arrived 20 minutes later, we saw there was a drive thru. We called and asked if we needed to jump in line but she said no, just pull up and they would bring our food out. Within 2 minutes a super nice lady brought out our food. It was piping hot and delicious. We got the traditional jumbo pork sandwiches, fried okra and onion rings. I was super impressed with how hot the sides were. Kids were happy with their grilled cheese and chicken, too! It's nice to be on the road and get a great meal the whole family is happy with. Stopped by to get some to-go food to take home. Chicken and pork were both dry and not much smoke flavor. I do love their stew though, it's the chunky little sweet style with lots of corn and tomatoes. Maybe I'll try the ribs next time and see if they can hit it out of the park. read more

Good choice. I got the BBQ potato, and it was very good. The BBQ was tasty and so was the sauce. The sauce wasn't too sweet, which is often a problem. So bad! I don't think the even use the grill out back. It tastes like its a week old amd cooked in the oven. and they put sauce on the meat(they say they don't but they wont give it to you without sauce on it). It's very bad and very bad service!!!! Probably one of the few bad experiences going to restaurants. Exited to try out BBQ, traveled from Adairsville only to be told I couldn't order a family pack when eating in. Really!!! Either change the menu or add a surcharge or something but don't tell a customer you can't order off the menu you have published. Will not be coming back.
