I tried the 600 bed today. This is a mixture of the mid range and matrix. It was wonderful. There were shoulder tanners and the bed itself was so comfortable. Fans were plentiful. I loved this one! Remember what your mama taught you: don't judge a book by its cover! There's a reason this is the local favorite for tanning. Easy in and out, super clean, friendly, affordable and hardly ever a wait. If you need to hide out for a 10 minute nap these beds do the trick for sure. They also have more powerful beds for the brave, as well as spray tan service. Take yourself on a field trip to the bathroom to admire their vintage JWoww poster lol (if you know you know). terrible customer service the young girls need to learn how to talk to customers. My bed turned off in the middle of my tan. I had to get out get dress go tell them and wait for it to come back on. Then the girl tells me she cant restart my time because of other appointments. Well first off I had an appointment and I loss time because of a faulty bed. So at that time to youngin should have said I am sorry for the inconvenience but we can't restart beds once they are started instead of saying we have other appointments. I have heard this same girl tell other customers Rude things. She needs to learn how to speak to customers and also learn to listen and not over talk someone way older than her. The tanning salon I used to go to, icc CC was happy with but they suddenly closed up and left me searching for another place. With no luck, I quit looking until a few weeks ago when I found Saule Tanning Salon on google. I decided to try them out and I am so happy I did! Absolutely the best tanning salon I've been to. Everything looks very clean, there are several types of beds to choose from, and the service is friendly and helpful. It helps sometimes to schedule appointments during peak hours, but I typically go when it isn't that busy and I usually don't have to wait at all. read more

I was a customer here 8 years ago and moved back from California recently. I walked back into this beautifully decorated salon...and the owner DAVID remembered me!! Huge and genuine smile, unbelievable!! The Zen feel and warm decor are completely welcoming. They still have the best package prices and cleanest beds! Each room is relaxing and inviting. They make you feel like part of their family. All of the staff promptly greet you with enthusiasm. Amazing place. I went in there to get a spray tan for the 4th. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I was given after-care instructions. And, honestly, it was one of the best spray tans that I have gotten in North Carolina. She gave me an all-over tan that looked natural and and highlights and low lights and contouring throughout. No one can tell it is a spray tan, and she matched it perfectly to my skin color. It was raining when I left so her husband escorted me out with a giant umbrella, opened my car for me and got me there without a drop touching me. Not only that but the spray tan was $35, which is much cheaper than I am used to paying for one that includes contorting, blending and shading. I will be going back here before events, and I can 100% see why most of the film industry people drive out of their way to come to this salon. Meghan read more

Best place in town by far! I've been to almost every salon in Wilmington and other places might have a tad cheaper rates for certain packages but this place has a deal for everyone and they really work with their customers! Great staff great beds 5 levels of tanning and they even have an unlimited matrix plan! A must try!! The owners are super nice &other have tons of products!
