The first point in their favor, is that Andre agreed to see me as his last appointment of the day on same day service. It's a clean well maintained salon and the other employee greeted me friendly when I arrived. After just a few minute wait, I sat down with Andre. He was able to immediately match the color I wanted and even recommended highlights. He then mentioned that I would need a toner for the best results. I'd never had anyone mention a toner so was a bit skeptical but in the end he was absolutely right. After the color processed, he asked about my cut. I've been all one length for a few years and wanted a more updated look. I showed him a photo I've liked for some time. He nodded and went to work. I wasn't entirely sure because I'd never had my hair cut with a razor before. But again he showed he's a true professional. I am THRILLED with my hair! I heard positive things about their cuts from that charity event. I called in for an appointment, and was promptly scheduled for a haircut at the end of the week with Lisa. When I arrived at the salon, I was immediately offered water. Lisa pleasantly greeted me with a smile. She attentively listened to my preferences and concerns as I discussed how much I was willing to cut off and the length of the shortest layer. I showed her a picture of the layered V shape haircut. She then gave me a nice shampoo wash with soothing, warm water. Once my hair was dried with a towel, she cut about 3-4 inches off; which was the length I showed her. Lisa had a great arm workout, blow-drying my long hair. Furthermore, we had a great time chatting while she was working. I was very happy with the way the cut turned out. All my split ends are gone, and my head feels lighter. Lisa did an amazing job giving me that layered V shape cut, and maintaining my desired hair length. I would definitely recommend her. She loves her job, and is definitely wonderful at it.

I explained to her that I wanted a color correction something even a little more even in color as my friend who is a hair stylist had originally done my hair and left it with very uneven tones I was very excited when she text back the results that I could achieve after a color correction. On my part, I should've asked more questions on what the process was going to be I thought that i was in good hands. I'm guessing she applied bleach (again) and this caused for half of my hair to just fall out as she was brushing after the wash. I have been extremely sad and honestly depressed because half of my hair is gone. You don't go somewhere to fix your hair and leave worse than when you came in after paying more than 300 dollars. When she was blow drying my hair I asked if I had any more fall out she suggested layers would help but avoided to even tell me just how bad it was she just quickly gave me her phone to submit payment and moved on to her next client because she was running late. I really liked her and was hoping to have maybe found a permanent hair stylist but this experience was traumatic and handled unprofessionally in my opinion. I'll be attaching pictures of before when the first hair stylist did my hair which was just very blotchy in areas but no hair falling off. Pictures after he completed.
