Short curly hair done by Dita was ok, but her lowlights were bad enough that my experienced stylist complained over and over about how badly they were done. Dita is a nice lady and tries hard, but she is pretty average with hair. read more

I have been with Tiffany for almost 15 years. There is not a nail tech that is better. She's one of the sweetest people I know -and it's amazing what you share with your nail tech.There is no comparison to the quality of her work. Sometimes I go on vacation and have to miss an appointment. Having my nails done elsewhere truly makes me realize how fantastic this young lady is. She keeps up on all the new trends, does quality work, she is creative, listens to her customers, the cleanliness of her station is exceptional and the comfort to her customers is always a priority. I have sent many people to see her because I'm so proud of her work. She was not always at Split Endz but I think she has found her new "forever home." Split Endz is an amazing local salon with the very best stylists. It is a lovely shop and whole atmosphere is so comfortable. Sandy and Vanessa( mother and daughter) have a wonderful working relationship and are both very talented stylists as are the other stylists. I was very disappointed with my service at this salon. Granted, I was a walk-in, but the lady that colored my hair was down right rude. I wanted a color, no cut, no style and I have short hair. She never showed me a color chart and just chose a color of her choice. When I asked about this she told me," I've been doing this since 1979, I think I know what I'm doing." When she was pulling the color through my hair, she was actually hurting me. I had to yell out !! To top it all off, she charged me $85.00. I know I should have said something then, but.... I'm doing it now. I'm out alot of money, but I will never have Barb touch my hair again!! read more

My wife and her friend got some coupons from a stylist at an event on March 28th and they expired on May 1st. So today they called to see if they could still use them and the receptionist handed the phone to the manager. The manager instantly began to ask tons of questions like who gave them the coupons, where did they get them, why they had not used the coupons, how long there hair is and if they wanted to use them they have to schedule today. These are ok questions to ask, but not in such a rude manner. The manager was so rude that my wife and her friend will never use that company, EVER. It's sad when a company has a manager that treats potential clients this way. read more

So my nail tech of 10 years moved to this new location Her name is Tiffany, she is the best, definitely give her a try.. After my first visit with her, I got a really good vibe about the ladies in the salon. Meanwhile I find out my hair stylist for 20 years is to busy setting up her new salon, and is not seeing her clients for 1-2 months (not good). I went in and talk to Vanessa, (owner), expressed my concerns, and told her I was scared to death. She set me up with Leanna who was awesome. She took her time and listened to my concerns again (Vanessa had already gotten her up to speed about me). My Cut Color and Highlights are beautiful. When I asked my co-worker what she thought, she quietly said "I think it looks better then the other place". I agree, So needless to say Leanna has a new valued client hopefully for the next 20 years. Thanks again Ladies, for making it a very comfortable enjoyable visit. read more

I started coming to Splitt Endz in Febuary 2015 and booked with Leanna. I go back about every 4 to 6 weeks. I like that Leanna listens to what I want and takes her time with my hair. This hair salon is a trendy, hip boutique type of atmosphere that is small enough to welcome you into their family of stylists. They offer hair cuts, color, extensions, sets and perms. I like to people watch, so I see the clients come in and then leave and they all look great. I like how all of the stylists work with each other, they are family and they care about each other and their clients. I would recommend any of the stylists, but I am devoted to Leanna. If you want a change, just looking for a stylist or are new to the area, I highly recommend giving this place a call, you won't be dissapointed read more
