This review is wayyy overdue. I found out about Savage Wraps through word of mouth, which is always the best marketing. Ironically, Savage Wraps is located really close to home; already winning. I had connected by email quite some time ago looking to collaborate. Keith responded quickly, but we never really concluded anything. Some time goes by, and I have another idea and thought it was time to reconnect with Keith. Again, he was prompt, and we set up a Sat for me to come in to see what we can come up with. I pretty much already had a vision to wrap the hood and roof a faux carbon wrap, and now for someone else to see my vision. In the car show scene, it is important to keep things fresh, and with 1 of the best shows of the season approaching, I really needed to get on it. Met Keith on a Sat, and let me tell you, he is such an awesome person. We chatted like I've known him forever. He understood my vision, explained the details. Ya know, cost, timing, etc. I felt very confident in him, and please trust that I don't feel that with everyone when dealing with my "baby". We had a couple mutual scheduling hiccups, but nothing major. It happens to the best of us. Finally turned over my van, and Keith chatted and text with me through the process & he kept my van safe by keeping it garaged. I called today 3/11 and spoke to Keith on doing a taillight vinyl, red on my rear turn signals. Wasn't digging all the silver/chrome going on back there and wanted it to be much less. He spoke about him never doing this before but I'm happy to stop by and get some consultation. I went in the same day I called him and he wasn't busy at the moment. He inspected my tail lights, looked at the material and explained to me that he'll give it a shot and that he's not confident in this. I told him he'll be better than me for sure. I signed a form and he got started on my car. The waiting room was cozy, comfortable chair and it was quiet and I let him do his thing. He spent probably 30 minutes and he called me over to show me how he was doing the final step. He ran it with me step by step how he was avoiding using a knife to cut the wrap and didn't want to cut my tailights. He even said, "I treat your car as if it was my own." Definitely knew he cared once he said that. After everything was done it looked amazing! He did an awesome job and I thanked him for giving it a shot and helping me out. I took my 2002 Toyota Solara in on a Saturday to see if they had time to install some vinyl to my roof. It turned out I needed an appointment for Saturdays but I gave it a shot. Then the owner said I can wait in case the only appointment that day didn't show up so I did and to my luck I was able to get my roof done that day! Try calling and just hear beeping in the back ground after ringing for 10 seconds guess I'll take my business else where especially after seeing some of the cars they have wrapped in front of the store. I recently got my car wrapped but Savage Wraps didn't do it, I got it done by a different shop. I like the way my warp cameout but I couldn't get ahold of the person that did my wrap. I just had some basic questions about how to clean it and maintain my car wrap because I noticed some water spots on it after I washed it. I called a few place and two of the shops I spoke with said they didn't know what those spots were but they quickly gave me a quote on re wrapping me car!?? Then I spoke to Keith, he gave me all the info on how to clean my wrap. I used the products he recommended and the water spot are gone! This is a honest person. In looking for a company to wrap our company truck, I had a few requirements. The wrap company needed to understand my company, my target market, and they needed to have a true desire to be creative. I quoted multiple company's, but only one sent me an exact quote. Only one asked if they could stop by my shop and talk to me. Only one seemed to have the required attention to detail and customer service that my company required. That company is Savage Wraps. My company, Black Hawk Customs, sells over 330k Powersport parts, accessories, and apparel to military personnel. We stock motorcycle protective equipment in 170 PX/BX stores worldwide. My customers are very specific and I need to be able to grasp their attention in a matter of seconds. I asked Keith at Savage Wraps to design my company truck as military designed Powersport themed work of art. He incorporated some of our past military experiences, past custom bike builds, some of our suppliers logos, and a little "Vu-ness" (ask Keith what that is) to create a one-of-a-kind mini-gun boasting, rotor blade spinning, custom bike showing, detail specific rolling art canvas. His design blew my mind and I still get stopped and asked by people if they can photograph the truck. When I decided to have the truck leveled and swap out the wheels/tires, this little strip of white now appeared under the truck. Savage Wraps attention to detail quickly wrapped that little strip so that it wouldn't be viewable....under the truck! Next, the inside door jams were white (the trucks original color) and when you opened the door it was viewable to almost nobody, but me....so Keith wrapped this up as well to carry the theme of the truck inside the vehicle. I had the roof wrapped along with my camper shell. Keith's attention to detail really came alive and there's now "Easter eggs" for those on an overpass that happen to look down at my truck. Talk about creativity! So when we purchased a 21 foot toy hauler to take on tour for a year across the country putting on 60 motorcycle safety events at 59 military installations, there Savage Wraps was...working day and night to get this trailer done in time for me to make my launch date. All I did was give Keith some images and gave him a direction (By the way, this is the best way to work with Keith). There was only one revision to the artwork and it was perfect. Keith told me that this was about us and not those that we serve, but he made it appeal to everyone and represented my company properly. What an incredible job well done. That's when we went back to Savage Wraps and asked that they design and wrap our sponsored 2007 Suzuki GSX-R600. Again, Keith blew us away. We rode away with the coolest wrap on a motorcycle that represented my company and our sponsors appropriately. Unfortunately we were getting close to our launch date for our Northern USA Tour, so Keith was in the trailer working on the wrap until 3am on the day I had to leave (4am). He made sure to not let us down. Now that's dedication and customer service. At our first event, Fort Lewis WA, we had swarms of people all over our truck/trailer/bikes...but specifically our new sportbike's wrap. Now with our prior experience with Savage Wraps we knew that they were the company to use for our company's other graphic needs as well. We had Keith design posters, banners, design/wrap our display headers, and even design catalog and advertisements for us. How may wrap companies are there that are a one-stop-shop, have the best customer service, pricing is very reasonable, and creativity flows naturally? One...Savage Wraps, that's who. Would I recommend Savage Wraps to everyone? That's why I carry his tri-folds in our truck to pass out to people when they ask about who did the work. Well my friend and I wanted carbon fiber wraps done to our cars. We found this place my friends Mazda got done for 70 when we provided the material. Two weeks later I decide to do mine on my Altima I text the guy here at the same shop. Send him pictures of my car gets the same quote. Make an appointment get there. Sees the car and then starts having second thoughts agrees to the 70 bucks again great I can try different colors before u get my car painted my car is a 2012 Nissan altima with a body kit installed I belong to a few Nissan forums and getting into the Nissan mod clubs. Car gets taken to the back then he comes back to me I can't do this install for the agreed price now he wants 110 that's almost 58% mark up. That was so shady don't agree on a price then jack it up. I work in retail a price is a price. All the free advertising he would got of this job. Plus I was going to post this on my Nissan club website. Now I just got to say be careful bait and switch that's what's this is called. I would give negative stars if I could for this place. The other thing I didn't like I drove from Castro valley to get here so that was a waste of gas. U think this was right for him to switch the price on me. read more

This review has been LONG overdue. Keith and his crew wrapped our huge catering truck (333 Truck) under tight time constraints while juggling a lot of other responsibilities and STILL got the job done flawlessly. The colors printed on the vinyl were spot on and matched what we saw in the original design on the computer. Wrapping a catering truck is no easy task - there are a lot of grooves that match the textured grooves on a sewer cap and that's not easy to wrap around - and there are also a lot of bolts to wrap over as well as vents for fans... fridges... freezers. You name it and Keith and his crew can get it done with serious attention to detail. I also know that he does a lot of work on high end top dollar sports cars as well, so all around very well rounded business. Small business' and private customers beware. I worked on 2 projects with this company patiently for just over 11 months. The first project was done wrong and they made me pay extra because they messed up. For the second job the whole time I was haggled and pushed back over and over again. I was told by the owner "I keep getting big jobs and I'm very swamped". First Mistake_______ The first job was for my windows to have decals so I payed them up front because I was a new business and was excited to get out there to promote my new business. Well, I showed them my car and mentioned that I wanted the decals to go on my tinted windows and also on my tinted windows on the store front. I came back excited to get my decals and found out that they were done in black. I asked them "why they're in black if they had to go on my tinted windows"? They haggled each other back and forth and finally the owner cam over to me and said he has to charge me to make them over. This really bothered me and I stated that I'm not the one at fault. So after some time he dropped it to 70% of the original and frustrated I payed extra because he already had my other payment. Second Mistake_____ After the first bad job I felt that I would give them another shot( I know. That's where I went wrong. I just felt that I'm going to need a lot more work and thought they wouldn't do me wrong twice. Plus, I am a small business myself and felt they deserve another shot.) This time I took them some art I purchased from an artist from England. This was a one time run of this form of art since it was special to the certain convention I attended. Along with this art I gave them my logo that took me over a month to draw/create. I gave the convention art as a reference with my logo to turn into a vector format so I can get it wrapped on my car. As an artist I can tell when someone is doing a poor job with art. I asked him if he was capable of doing this and he said "yeah that's what I did when I first started this industry". So I waited about 2 months then I showed Up and asked if the job was finished. He said yeah and started to look for it. (I didn't get a call saying come look or an email). It took him a long time to find it and when he did it was nothing like the references. I asked him to find my work so we can use as reference and he couldn't find it. HE LOST ALL MY ARTWORK! After this he attempted to change it(still doing a poor job). I gave him at least 2 times after this to fix it and the last time he said "this is what you're gonna get". So after waiting all this time and not giving him grief he told me "this is what you're gonna get". This is after paying his high prices. He was double of what others were charging. (I found this out after this incident). This is the incident that took just under 1 year until I had to ask for a return to my money. I feel that he took advantage of my kindness. After he pushed my job back time after time I finally got fed up and requested he return. This took about two weeks and when I went there I tried to shake his hand and say no hard feelings he turned and walked away leaving me there with my hand out. Overall I never gave him a hard time and he treated me like garbage. I feel that he takes bigger jobs and treats the smaller jobs like garbage. This is where I warn the small jobs and small local business. Any corporation should find a company with better ethics. read more

Oh, boy. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I decided to get a vinyl wrap for a new cowl hood I ordered online for my Mustang. It's been 2 weeks since Keith finished the work and I've been asked about the wrap at least ten times. Seriously. One of those times was from highway patrol at a light.
