Went in for all around window tint including windshield. Nick asked for my preference and queued up my car for service. Him and his team are highly professional, car came out looking amazing. While I was waiting for pickup, he offered me free drinks from the lobby many times as well which was very courteous. When my car came out there was what seemed to be a defect on the driver side weatherstrip. I called him out on this and after some back and forth he said he was willing to pay out of his own pocket to fix any damages incurred by his team. Turns out it wasnt damage, but just the normal weatherstrip manufacturing process for my car model. I called him back to tell him this and instead of being angry with me he made sure I was leaving 100% satisfied and to let him know if otherwise. He also said he stayed after hours reviewing camera footage to double check. This experience shows me Nick absolutely values his clients and business.
