I have been a long time fan of Fenty and was so happy when I found out there was a retail location in Vegas. I knew that this would be one of the stops on my vacation. The store itself is very hip and modern. The service was fine. I will say that it can be a little confusing with what you can/can't get with your memebership credits. I was all kinds of confused with made me spend some more money that I was thinking. Not a huge deal, just make sure you understand how to use your credit in store. That being said, the check out can be a little weird. They do not have a dedicated cash wrap, you'll need to find an employee in the store that can cash you out with their handhelds. They have inclusive sizes which really draws me to Fenty in the 1st place. That selection is not lacking in the store. read more

It's intriguing to me this brand by Rihanna. You pay a monthly membership fee of $50 and in return, get discounts and giveaways which a 'guest' shopper doesn't. It wasn't clear from the signage and the associate didn't mention it. I saw a new member offer of 70% off and a sign for panties 5 for $30 and in small letter guests get 5 for $40. I only saw this when going through my photos of the store. If I was buying something they'd probably have told me but it would have been nice to know while shopping. It's comparable to shopping at another lingerie store price wise. The difference is the pricing for members and the inclusivity of sizing. We were at another lingerie store and my friend couldn't find her bra size. I didn't see a lot of smaller sizing for me. The store is bold and has an edgy vibe. A lot of interesting prints and designs. I would come check them out again but I'm not sure I'd sign up for membership. Pay the more expensive price seems easier than having to cancel a membership if I don't shop often. It is good that they have better sizes available in stores for those who need them. So funny, I went to write a review to see another review posted only 8 days ago with a similar experience to mine. For starters, I have worked in retail for over 15 years. I have been a store manager, and do my best to be an easy-going customer. I only write reviews when warranted. I came in today on 3/23 a little bit after 3pm. I went into the store, as a petite woman, looking to get some cute bralettes. I approached the first worker I saw, who was fumbling on her iPad and asked "Hi, I was just wondering do you do sizing here?" and she flatly replies "Yes... DO YOU NEED TO GET SIZED?!" and I shyly reply "Well yes, that's why I wanted to ask you to be sure, I'm sorry." and She rolls her eyes and passes me off to another coworker names Star (who greeted me warmly). I ended up politely declining to get sized and left the store feeling slighted by the first worker (an older african american woman wearing glasses with short hair, I wish I got her name). It's really sad seeing how good customer service is becoming rare nowadays. I hope woman who are going bra shopping and need to get sized stay away from here. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in to the one here in Vegas in the Fashion Mall to buy some time while he got his watch fixed at another store. I noticed immediately how voluptuous the mannequins were and was intrigued to see that they actually existed. I myself am a very small petite woman but because this is Rihanna's brand I thought that I would check the store out anyways just to browse. Upon walking into the store...one of the Sales Clerk which was a medium sized, older African American woman with short, blonde hair and glasses...was very uninviting and appeared to have a stank attitude. I mentioned to her that though I appreciate the brand embracing a heavier sized clientele...but I also wanted to know if that location also has sizes for petite women like myself. And she rudely answered back with the most unfriendly response that the sizes go down to xs; and then she pretty much just left us to fend for ourselves and walked off. No, "I can show you where the smaller sizes are"...or..."Might I ask what you are looking for so that I can assist you?" I tried to get past the negativity; however...as someone who also works in Customer Service...I myself would just not have come off that way to a customer who was just asking a simple question and I most definitely would've been more helpful and more inviting. The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because there was another Sales Clerk there who was much more friendly and helpful. She even told us about the drawers with merchandise in them that we could open and go in ourselves to browse around and look at. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Unfortunately by that time it was a little too late for me and I just couldn't shake the rudeness of our first encounter by the first Sales Clerk and decided that I just wanted to leave! Here's my take on all of this...look...I get it...as humans we all have bad days. And if you are having one and have to work that day...either take the day off or ask to be excused for a moment or something to go to the back to cool off or to take a few deep breaths or a quick little walk or something before bringing that attitude with you to work. None of the 3 employees there paid any attention (2 of them were on their phones, talking to each other) to my sister and I as we shopped. No explanation of any sales or member rewards. When my sister asked where she could pay for her items, they responded with "you're ready?" Well obviously, if she asked about paying! Once my sister started to pay, she was told that the bras were not the price as advertised because needed to sign up for the member rewards. That would have been nice to know beforehand, but of course the girls were too busy chatting with each other. Employees need more customer service training. read more

She assisted me with finding multiple undergarments and clothing. She was very knowledgeable about both the products and the rewards membership program. I literally screamed when i walked past this store. I couldn't contain my excitement as i forced my friends to come in with me. I was even more excited when i seen that they had a 50 percent off store sale!! I racked up!! I was able to get resized, and brought a few new bras and panties and some sexy lingerie. The girls that were helping me were sooooo helpful, super sweet and knowledgeable. They helped me out so much that i was just picking things up and adding them to the bag. I'm so happy that there is a physical savage x fenty store here! Upon walking in though it was a little underwhelming it's not a large space for how many items you can find online. The prices were fair and comparative to other lingerie stores. At first it was confusing to find the products because the drawers are labeled at the top not on the drawer you can see you have to look down. The employees were nice but there is no physical cashier station so when I was done I was awkwardly standing and looking around where to check out until an employee asked if I was ready. I do loveee that they give you a reusable fenty bag with purchases! I hope they get more inventory, like functional bralettes/sports bras and more options for daily use not just sexy options read more

Customer service was horrible! I had to catch a flight and decided to drop in before I went to the airport to buy a couple of items. I got there 5 mins before they opened and waited patiently. It was 10 minutes after they should have opened, I pulled on the door and a woman came to the door to unlock it. She rolled her eyes like I was in the wrong. She didn't greet me nor did she have an answer to why they opened the door late. This left a nasty taste in my mouth but there was a nice young lady that helped me. I am just getting to my review for Savage X Fenty. This amazing store is located in the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas. It was my list since we knew that we were returning for the holidays. The store is truly a representation of the outstanding Rihanna! From the moment you walk in until you leave, the customer service is great, at for my experience. Harley, which I found out later was one of the managers, took care of me!! Ok, ok, ok maybe I was extremely excited and was ready for the experience but, Harley took it over the top by showing me everything I looked at and prepared a dressing room for me. The store has everything Savage in their and most of the items are in the back closet and the staff will retreive your if its not on the floor. From the displays to the music to the huge array of sizes from XXS-4X was there. Even had items for men. So my husband sat patiently waiting on me as I made a few selections, tried on everything and swiped my card. Harley told me, there is a location coming to Atlanta soon and I cant wait. I went into the Rihanna Fenty store to redeem my vending machine ticket that I got on Jan 16th that says see if you've won by going into the store jan 22-26th. I planned to go to the strip on my only off day Jan 26th 30 min from my house to bring my ticket into the store. The worker at the front of the store, was giving people that left the store a free gift. I asked her about my ticket and she said that the tickets were mis-printed and that they only redeemed the tickets on the 22nd. I explained how messed up that is because for the past week I was planning about going back to the strip in a pandemic to check out the store and to check my ticket. She said, well the plastic bag that was free in the vending machine a week ago was my prize, as she gave out gifts to people that were leaving. I then asked to speak to a manager. The employee then told the manager what happened as the manager was putting inventory onto the shelves from the drawers. I stood there and she said hi, then continued to stock the shelves. 25 seconds later says I can have a seat and she'll be right with me as she continued to stock the shelf for 4 minutes. She came over and explained that the tickets were redeemed only on the 22nd and she doesn't know why the tickets had until the 26th. She finally said let me go see if there's any left over things she could give me. Went to the front where they were giving out free stickers and a small thing of candy and put that in a bag for me. I told her how I was looking online to buy 10 items but the vip membership was confusing and that I didn't want to pay for a membership. She said it doesn't cost to get a membership as long as you cancel or skip the month. I then said that the process of redeeming the ticket and the service from both staff put a foul taste in my mouth for the brand. After she explained the vip membership I said I might as well grab a few things that I didn't buy online. I picked out 4 items and they both couldn't find any of the M-XL sizes I wanted. Offered the brief items that were on the display rack that I'm sure other people have tried on which I did not want. 20 minutes of looking for a Medium, Large and XL I decided to just leave empty handed and not buy any fenty. How hard is it to find 4 of the 10 mens items in the store as well as get your grand opening promotions correct? I like the fact there is an actual store where you can see the items and have a better idea of the quality and sizing. Like most mentioned, there isn't much selection but then again, this isn't a big store. So it wouldn't make sense to have more items than the store can hold. We happened to just go to the mall and do some shopping when we spotted this store and decided to go in. I feel like they give Victoria's Secret a run for their money because they offer many sizes as it is understood all women come in many shapes/sizes. There's no body shamming and everyone is equally appreciated and equally assisted with their needs. I plan to visit the LA store in a few weeks and will provide my feedback on that. This store is beautiful and has a great selection of product, I was excited to get a few things but didn't because of how un-welcoming the staff was. You are honestly better off shopping online because their customer service skills are horrible. There was only two customers in the store when I went in there and three associates. The phone number connects you to a call center than also just tries to call the store and none of the associates ever pick up the phone. Awe company purchased items on 2 different days get notification of shipment after 8 days and no movement on the tracking I call and get told that it is in the hands of the shipper in my town waiting to be dropped off at the post office. Wow cool wait another week no package no movement on the package tracking just says "it's on its way" .
