They allow you to Vacate if you're not satisfied as long as you move within 30 days i was there 6 days . -I still have not received my money back and I will never rent any apartments that do business like this I didn't move in and was only there for 6 days and still haven't received my money back and I've called over 13 times to the office as well as corporate office PLEASE DO NOT RENT TO SOUTHERN MANAGEMENT- THEY DONT RETURN CALLS AND THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS It need to be a law against property management companies who don't refund new tenants their money back within a reasonable time. We paid them upfront and yet being told we have to up until 45 days to get our payment back ? I now will need to take court action against them. What are our rights by law? She has done different things for the resident that make us feel appreciated such as a cookout and Halloween door contest. Most recently we have had our parking lot repaved, the lighting on the property is brighter, the sidewalks have been fixed. The most "mice" infested apartment I've ever lived in 4311 # 507. Every week we caught at least 3…read moremice. They would come do what they claim is a seek and seal and the mice always found ways around what they claimed they did. They had one exterminator company that was effecient but the office didn't want to listen to them and that company never came back. I even have pictures but I'm sure I can't upload them here. Also the noise and the weed was ridiculously loud. Move there are your own risk! Actually don't even subject yourself to this.

That leasing manager, Robin is horrible and lacks tact. Every time you approach her with an issue she becomes so preclempt and defensive. The other young ladies in the office act as if they are afraid of her and they are usually not as helpful. The place is infested with rats and they always claim to do everything that they're able to do BUT correct the issues. The ONLY thing that I miss about living there is the close proximity to Little Ceasars pizza! The only reason I'm giving it one (1) star is because it won't allow me to move forward with posting this without doing so. Please do yourself a favor and bypass this one. You'll thank me later.
