Amazing mechanic shop! Absolute life saver for us when we were traveling through to get to South…read moreCarolina and our check engine light came on in the Jeep. Ran into the place across the street first the Napa auto care center, and was told we would have to rent a car etc they couldn't get to it today. So we drove over and were met with friendly prompt service and not only did he look at the car right away but we go the part and they are fixing it now. No need to get an uber or a rental car. The price was fair and honestly at this point we couldn't care! Just want to get back on the road so thank you Vee thank you so much and your service and hospitality and work ethic are to be recognized. If you are ever in the area this is your place to get car service! Technicians are knowledgeable service is prompt and the pricing is fair what more can you ask for?!

I made an appt a week in advance for a wheel bearing replacement, then I brought the car over the day before. I called at 10am the day of the appt, they hadn't looked at it yet. Called back at 3pm, still hadn't looked at it but they will look at it next. Called back at 5pm (and they close at 6pm), they were just bringing it into the shop. I asked if they had the new parts and wheel bearing to fix it, they said no. Needless to say I just picked the car up and left. This place is a mismanaged, amateurish business.

LET ME TELL YOU THE TRUTH- there are very few companies that do the right thing when no one is…read morelooking. And this company does just that. I have stayed with them through many cars now over many years. I will drive all the way across town, to different area codes, heck to another county to have them service my vehicle. They are honest and trustworthy. I know when I leave there that things are done right and that I will be driving away safe. They know me by my name and they want the best for me. Thankful they were placed in my life. They have made me feel safer living here in Savannah. I suggest you check them out if you want somebody that not only delivers great service but has great character behind that service.

probably good for regular maintenance but if you're looking for actual tech go somewhere else. Paid $1,100 for a tune up then get a call back on a Friday was told the tune up "greatly" reduced the problem but not all the way then said my transmission fluid was dark. yall didn't check that in the first place??? it took your solution not to work to do a simple fluid check?? picked it up and it didn't make no difference from original problem. same day of picking up my truck got into gear roughly and wouldn't accelerate. took it back and now all of a sudden im told it's a transmission issue and I need a whole new transmission and it was only $8,000 for a whole new install. Also was told "things like this happen" by a tech when I was grabbing personal belongings from my truck. now I took my truck to a different shop and was offered to get my transmission rebuilt. richmond hill auto didn't even offer to rebuild just told me to pay $8,000 like im going to let them touch my transmission after wrongfully diagnosing my tuck and wasting $1,100. Again this place is probably only good for regular maintenance these are real NOT technicians.

After getting my shocks replaced I started hearing a noise coming from the right front tire, I brought this up two or three times to the mechanics, well he didn't actually inspect anything just drove it around, then told me the shocks were settling, which I did not believe was accurate. Finally yesterday afternoon I took it and got an inspection done at Firestone and the mechanic at Firestone indicated they did not think the transmission mount was replaced or the other strut was replaced either and he did not push my axle in all the way. Firestone told me my car is extremely unsafe and to be very careful when taking right turns. I sent the reports over to the mechanics to which he initially would not address the issues. Please avoid! I paid for services that were not completed. The mechanic in question was Yandres. Now mind you, they did finally come out and fix the issues but it was only after I threatened legal action. Seems to me like the mechanic was pocketing my money and not replacing parts. It never should have gotten to this point, they should've done what they needed to do and it would've been fine.

I am sad to report this final update. A week or so after the work was done, I began to hear a…read moremetal rattle when the vehicle was first started in the morning. I would hear the rattling for a few minutes till the vehicle warmed up, then it went away. The 2nd time it happened, the transmission had difficulty leaving park and going into reverse. I called the Lincoln dealership in Savannah as the owner of this mobile service made it clear, he was not interested in continuing our relationship based on previous interaction. JC Lewis Lincoln said the transmission was 2 QUARTS LOW on transmission fluid and that the procedure for post startup and lubricating the planetary gears didn't seem to be followed, which I can confirm, the vehicle was NOT driven per the Lincoln dealership requirements. It is now obvious to me, that the Lincoln Procedure for transmission fluid flush was NOT followed and it is probable that the tech did not know what was required and by extension is NOT CERTIFIED to work on a Lincoln. I am fortunate to catch this HUGE and unacceptable mistake and have it rectified before severe consequences. CAUTION: BUYER BEWARE.
