Upon completion of the pool we had few if any problems that needed to be addressed with one exception. That problem was rectified and our pool was ready for action within 24 hours of raising the problem. The weekly cleaning commitment of the pool cleaners has been solid for the past six years. I had to go back there a a few days later seems the pool water reacted to a chemical I was advised to use. The young man not sure of his name was talking to a customer when I walked in The employee (young man with brown collar length, acting like he was on the spectrum) was talking very loudly and compared the customers pool water to swamp water. The employee was loud and said some other embarrassing things about the state of the man's pool. The man cut the employee off and promptly left the store. Then the employee turned to me and said. "How can I help you honey"?. When I explained the situation with the pool water reaction, the employee looked in the bucket of the sample of white clumps that formed in our skimmer and said it was a calcium buildup. After going back and forth, the employee still talking loudly and very animated started talking about how dirty the water in our pool is. IMPOSSIBLE I stated. The water is crystal clear. Rory the first employee I encountered never said any of the stuff the younger employee was stating. Bottom line is I may need to clean the pool filter. The employee was very condescending and arrogant. I told the employee he was rude and asked when Mr Rory would be at work. I don't think I will be using Leslie's Pools any more. Not a good experience.
