Our inground liner pool construction started the first week of September 2026, and the pool is still not finished. Communication has been poor since day one. Responses to questions about timelines, issues, or updates have been extremely delayed. During the build, the wrong lights and stairs were ordered. The replacement lights still have not arrived, and we ended up accepting the wrong color stairs simply because we didn't want to wait any longer. Shortly after the pool was filled the first time, the wall caved in at four different areas. It took weeks of back-and-forth with Justin (contractor), John (sales rep), and the owner before someone came out to address it, and initially they insisted the issue was not their fault. After that, four leaks were discovered in the liner. Again, it took weeks of communication before someone came out to "fix" them. Now that the pump has finally been turned on, we can clearly see the pool is still leaking, which indicates the problem is not just the liner but possibly the plumbing or pump as well. We are now waiting--again--for the leak technician to come back later this week. Considering how long this project has been dragging on, this installation and its issues should be treated as a top priority. Instead, it has felt like an afterthought while other projects move ahead. We haven't even mentioned the shoddy concrete work. At this point we will likely just live with it as it is, but the quality of the work is disappointing. At this point we truly regret choosing this company and cannot recommend them based on our experience. No stars!

After calling for 4 days, they finally got back with me. They picked up my deposit, and never sent me a contract. They even cashed the deposit the day after picking it up. After calling 7 more times to get my contract, or an update, I was finally contacted by the Project Manager. Never should have come to that. Then the person I was supposed to be dealing with calls later that day and acted like she was shocked no one sent a contract. Even drove 20 miles to their "location" (from their website), and it wasn't there. Be very cautious about using this company. I wouldn't recommend it. One of the 5-star reviews on Google have pictures from the manufacturer's website (not their pool as claimed), and two other 5-star reviews on Google, I know for a fact, are from employees.

They did an excellent job. At a price that I thought was was too low for the work involved. (In other words, I was expecting to pay at least $100 to $200 more than I did) And my bushes and vines were not contaminated with any toxic chemical. This is a two part story regarding the one star. Part one,…read morethey did a floor coating for our upper front deck that began to bubble immediately after it dried. They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere.
