I said, I think that if you were going a hundred dollars over what it costs for something that would be the limit you had to be greedy, that's what I think.I will never give my blessing to someone using this company.They actually did that to us once before. My pool was green. I hired them to come and put the their " secret blend of chemicals, they said in it" . It ended up costing us over $400. Our pool, by the way, is the size of an oversized in ground jacuzzi that is how small it is. The man was here, literally for fifteen minutes.I should have known then not to use them again. Do yourself a favor and look for another company. What's interesting is the next company that we called on Friday afternoon in the 11th hour. It was 5 p m literally said to us, don't tell me Perfect pools. And you spoke to Erin, I was like, oh my God, I did speak to Jackie, he said either one. Unfortunately, that's the way they run their business. They are crooks, so just look into another another company for yourself, because that is not a legitimate way to do business. We would have paid an extra $300-400 to get the motor for our pool. The company that we spoke to is doing it for half of what they were charging us. Of course they made sure to keep the fee of over $135 to come out to the house.We figured they do that, but I'd rather do that than pay them $750. All I can say is, do your homework. Look up model numbers and make sure that you are not getting overcharged. The company that we're using is buying the motor and charging us with the motor cost, and then they're making their commission off of their labor charge which is half of what PP were going to charge. They're absolutely over the top and beyond. What can improve them..Actually being honest and not over charging their customers. Perfect pools- not so Perfect.

What an amazing company…read more Let me explain my experience before Year Round and what led me to Year Round Pools - I arrived to my house, unannounced after rental season, and found my pool water cloudy, sand on the bottom and a leaky filter cap which the service guy ignored. I immediately called my previous pool company and they told me the water was not cloudy (it was me), a dirty bottom is normal and they tried to fix the cap with silicone and if that didn't work we might need a new filter. It didn't work and it would take 4 days to come back out to check it again. I immediately called Year Round Pools. They said somebody would come out, and would try next day but couldn't guarantee it as it was late in the day. Well, first thing the next morning, John came out and replaced a simple O ring that fixed the problem. He was efficient, helpful and took the time to explain and answer all our questions. That was it for me. I called Year Round back and asked for estimate for services. They came out the very next day, sent a quote and we signed up. That very day, they came out to test the water and lo and behold, it was cloudy because the previous company did not maintain the right chemicals (so I'm not crazy Ray). Mind you, I didn't mention the cloudy water to Year Round because my previous pool guy told me I didn't know what I was talking about. When Year Round got back to us, same day, with the issue, a quick Google search confirmed the issues they identified do indeed create cloudy water. So now it was confirmed. Now Year Round is fixing it. Their communication, customer service and expertise is exactly what I was looking for. I now have the confidence, whether I'm here or not, that I have professionals taking care of the pool proactively, efficiently and to the highest standards. I can't tell you the peace of mind it provides owners who are not always here. From maintenance, to service to customer service, I highly recommend Year Round Pools.
