A Yelper described this store as "hidden" and I must say that there is no way anybody walking on River Street will miss this delightful store. No way at all. The overhead signage is eye-catching, and the aromas wafting from this place can cause a diabetic to swoon. There is nothing in the world of sweets that they don't have. Plus the best darned ice cream one could ask for. In one area of this oversized candy store, one can watch candy being wrapped, or taffy being pulled. It's a sight to behold. Stop in here at your own risk. Sweet tooths, bring money.

Nuts about this ice cream store! When you walk in it smells like Caramel and pralines Friendly service and let you try before you buy. Kids will love all the candy they sell as well! Couldn't leave without a set of was lips, who need Botox!?!?

    A delicious ice cream cone!

The best tasting ice cream on Tybee Island! The small store is packed with lots of small candies and plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. The shopkeeper, Pixie, was super sweet and patient with our family, offering to write all the flavors down so I could share with the kids who were in the car during these Covid times. Our kids discovered, "Lil' Blue Panda" ice cream for the first time! What a mix... And it comes out almost the same color as it goes in :-) * Premium | Lil' Blue Panda. Sweet blue and white sugar cookie flavored ice cream twisted together with a blue cookie dough swirl and cream filled chocolate cookies!

Pralines here are far better than on the commercialized River Street Sweets in Savannah! Got to watch them being made. Three young fun clerks in the shop. Cases were empty of goodies but got 4 pralines for about $10 (sold by the pound). Wish I had more time on the island.

Best ice cream on the island! And the pralines were amazing too! They have a parking lot and tons of candies and treats inside to choose from!

Tons of candy selection the best on Tybee for sure!

If you want to go somewhere that cares less about COVID-19 and social distancing then this is your place. Get a ventilator with your ice cream:-(. We arrived and it was empty so we assumed there were only a few people allowed in at a time. Could not be more wrong about that! Before we could leave there were wall to wall people jammed in and no one was wearing masks. I started to panic and tried to drag my kid out of the store before his milk shake was made but he would not budge. Took longer then normal to get it and ruined a sweet experience.

And suddenly I am refinancing my future and walking out with a bag so heavy it should have come with a luggage tag. Let's talk about the damage. Freshly made pralines are unreal. Glazed pecans are dangerous. Cinnamon coated pecans are criminally addictive. Milk chocolate covered Oreos and white chocolate pretzels? I may have blacked out while purchasing them, but I regret nothing. Everything here is made with love, care, and a clear intention to go straight to your waistline. But it is fine. My wife assures me there are no calories outside of our home zip code, and since we are in Savannah, we will just walk it off. River Street counts as exercise anyway, right? The staff is friendly, the candy is absurdly good, and the smell alone should be classified as a tourist trap. If you find yourself in Savannah, absolutely stop in, but beware the free samples. They are delicious, deceptive, and the gateway to some very sweet financial decisions. Consider yourself warned and highly encouraged.

Southerners love their pralines. Too sweet for me. My rating is cus we drove to Savannah two hours…read moreto go here after seeing them online. The shop along the river looked so inviting. However, getting down there required finding the elevator to drop you down. The. The sidewalk is quite unfriendly to a wheelchair user. Upon making all that effort, there was no way to get in. There is granite steps up into the shop. So I never went in. We found a satellite store they have elsewhere. Bummer.
