She was engaging, knowledgeable, hilarious, and such a great storyteller. You could tell she truly loves what she does, and she made the whole group feel comfortable and entertained from start to finish. She answered questions, kept things moving, and added personal touches that made the experience feel special rather than scripted. We had signed up for the "drag queen pub crawl" through "The American Tour Company". The tour was scheduled for Saturday, March 16 from 7:30-9:30 pm. (Tour confirmation number 213334114). We showed up just before 7:00 at the designated meeting spot (117 Whitaker). We wait until nearly 8:00 pm. No one shows to do the tour. I tried calling the number on the confirmation (833.644.8687); it makes a loud screechy noise and then says "this call cannot be completed as dialed". I also emailed the email address included on the confirmation and have not received a response (heather@ahappyguide.com). After we returned back to our condo at Hilton Head and did a lot of dogging online, we found the tour had been "rescheduled" for 5:00 pm. We received no email or no phone call regarding the rescheduled tour. Even if we had, a 5:00 tour would not have worked with our travel plans. You can't just Willy nilly change a scheduled tour time by more than 2 hours...who does that?!?! We have requested a refund from the tour company (through the email noted earlier), but I fully anticipate we will not be issued a refund. Savannah visitors deserve better. I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau, the Savannah Convention and Visitors Office and the Savannah Chamber of Commerce. I plan to call the Savannah permitting office on Monday and file a complaint with them as well. I want a full refund, but honestly I don't expect I will ever receive any contact back from this company for this tour. Stay away from this tour and this company. Completely disreputable!

They incorporated material from guests on the bus and peppered laughs throughout the tour. It was irreverent, a little raunchy in just the right way to make you blush. One of the highlights include Danny existing the bus and taking the show to the street with innocent bystanders becoming part of the show, all while narrated inside by Danni. We covered several blocks with Danny running through the streets and squares while we laughed in the air conditioned trolly. We arrived at the venue and got signed in, completed our waivers, a couple people had not watched the video at home so they had to do it here. Then we picked out a couple fun helmets, met our guide Gregg who gave each one of us a personalized lesson in mounting, dismounting, forward, reverse, and turning, before allowing us s few minutes practice before we started our tour. I have to say, I started the day thinking I'd be falling off and ended thinking I want to own one of these things. Our guide spent the first half of the tour teaching us the history of the city, and the second half entertaining us on the tour. This was hands down my favorite part of my weekend in Savannah and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
