Corey immediately made time to come and look at the issues and quickly repaired each area. He does not manage or supervise his own crew of employees. He subcontracts his work out to other refinishers. He never came to my home once in 5 days while the job was being done. After I saw the job once the first coat of stain was placed on my hardwood floors I was appalled. There were lines all over my floors. The floors were sanded unevenly and pools of different stains were all over my floors. He did remove my vents and clogged them with stain and polyurethane. He scraped my stairs and left scrape marks all over them. I had a flooring inspector come out, who said that the sanding process was done completely incorrectly, and the scraping that was done on my steps were also unprofessionally done. I had to pay to have my entire home redone stay away from Mr. hardwood. If you do not believe me please please look at the bad reviews. He is a salesman not a flooring contractor? Please see pictures attached. If I was allowed to give a zero I would, his work is he is a -100.

Mr. Townsend is a gentleman and very detailed in his work. In the picture, he installed all of the cabinets, floating shelves, and did some re-routing of an outlet. He also helped with the countertop selection and helped arrange the installation. We had an additional company do the backsplash, TV mounting, and sink/plumbing installation. We are most appreciative for the assistance we received with completion of this long overdue project for our home and we love the space now even more.

It was more complicated than anyone anticipated and we needed an IKEA pro. His team came in and quickly saw several issues with the current install and got to fixing them. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the many IKEA parts and when you install and IKEA kitchen there will be lots and lots of parts! Whether it was a simple one-room refinish, a multi-room relay, leveling and installing over concrete, or lacing in 40+ boards when a wall was eliminated here or there, the work was always done efficiently and with beautiful results. Most recently they did a multi-room finish on a property; started sanding before the ink was dry on the closing papers. One solid day later the floor had been sanded, patched, filled, and had two coats of poly on it. A third coat on the subsequent day and a few days to dry and this floor was ready to be walked on! We have enjoyed it daily ever since. I can't say enough good things about Jerry and his crew. Always responsive, always with good ideas, and very professional and well-mannered. I'd turn them loose at my Grandma's house and not worry about a thing. You should too.
