A couple of months ago I renovated my garage which included moving the hot water heater to a new location so I could easily park two SUVs side by side. After the renovation was done, I started to notice major back drafting coming out of the ventilation hood. I contacted my contractor and they told me it was normal. I knew something was wrong, because every time I would walk into my garage, it felt like I was walking into a sauna. I started regretting not having a licensed plumber move my water heater instead of a general contractor. I contacted Erick and he came out to inspect what was going on. He immediately saw the ventilation piping was not large enough for the water heater I had (the contractor ran new piping when they moved the water heater). Erick quickly remove the old piping, ran new larger piping and did a great job on keeping it a clean install (no unnecessary bends, and the angle increased nice and gradually).
