I opted to replace the tank and bring it up to code but held off on the tankless option. He came prepared with a high quality heater in the truck with everything he needed so he did the work right then and about two hours later he was done and we had hot water again. The billed amount was the same as the quote he gave me earlier. Not cheap but on par with expected costs and they use high quality components. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Payless Water Heaters.

George and John are two very sharp and highly knowledgeable plumbers. From the initial call/text correspondence through work completion, they were very informative, personable, highly skilled, and extremely efficient plumbers. Never could I have imagined plumbing repair work could be such an easy and pleasant experience. I initially thought I was going with another plumber due to earlier availability but once I was quoted double by the plumber (also a family-run business with high Yelp ratings) who hadn't even attempted to see inside the shower part, I immediately reached back out to Rishon. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as is often the case with service providers who try to upsell and take advantage. To provide context, I was fully informed of the potential extent of repairs needed to resolve a leaking shower (old house with old fixtures), which could entail an entire valve replacement (requiring breaking of drywall) if a simpler cartridge replacement would not be possible due to calcification, and that this could only be confirmed upon physical inspection. However, to my utter surprise and delight, they were able to fix the leak without even having to replace the cartridge! They're incredible -- they inspected, took parts out, further inspected, maneuvered, blew, etc. and it was fixed. I was just taken aback by their honesty in letting me know this and their integrity to not even charge for this. Now the cartridge will likely need to be replaced at some point and they did let me know it's a part they've not come across but they're looking for it. They will be the ones to replace it when the times comes -- along with any other plumbing job in the future. They've got a new lifetime customer. They also did another job of flushing the water heater, which I understand is a must for regular maintenance. Straightforward, fast, and they come prepared with everything -- highly recommend to extend the life not only of your water heater but also your pipes and fixtures as well as to prevent leaks. I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I have a water heater that had a recall for the burner. I spoke with customer service for Mr. Water Heater several times as I dealt with the manufacturer to get the part for the repair as well as the labor reference number - just as I was asked to do by the customer service rep with Mr. Water Heater. I asked several times if they could give me an idea of how long of a wait it might be to get an appointment once I received the part and they wouldn't give me an answer. After receiving the part I called to set up the appointment and was informed it would be two weeks before they could get to me. Two weeks! I do not understand why they wouldn't tell me that when I asked for an estimate for how long it would take to get a repairman out. My initial conversations with them were on a Friday afternoon. I received the part on Saturday, called first thing Monday morning and was told it would be two weeks before they could get to me. They should have told me that from the very beginning. I would have called another plumbing company which is what I have done and will do from now on. I do not recommend this company... unless. you don't need the work done for weeks. read more

I was in search of a plumber to replace the gas valve on our water heater, and Jeff, the owner of the company, responded immediately. He provided a clear and upfront price and even advised me to contact the water heater manufacturer to check if the parts were still under warranty. Thankfully, they were, so I only had to pay for the installation. On the day of the repair, Jeff's technician went above and beyond. In addition to replacing the valve, they brought everything up to code and even installed a metal bib for the drainage--at no extra cost! When I went to go start the water to give my daughter a bath no hot water was coming out. After waiting way longer than normal for it to came on it finally got a touch warm but something was wrong. When I called Mr. Water Heater the woman who answered was super nice and said they could fit me in. They just had to call me later that afternoon to let me know when. They called me around 4 and then came over to do the work around 8. I ended up needing a new water heater since my old one was 18 years old. The guy who came to my house to replace it was also very nice and approachable. Very happy with such fast and nice service! read more

It's super important to find someone you can trust with such a large purchase. I was able to trust these guys entirely when it came to replacing my water heater. Clearly this company does not need add'l rave reviews from me, someone who didn't even wind up…read moregetting work done with them. But I couldn't NOT leave a review because Natal was so wonderful. Long story short, I changed plans and am no longer getting a new water heater. But the friendly help and stellar communications from Natalia were appreciated and impressive. When I sent her a photo of the existing water heater and expressed concern about what the new, tankless water heater would look like, she sent AI (or photoshop) -generated images showing exactly what it would look like in my garage. When I shifted gears and said "Maybe we can put it outside, she addressed all of the logistical concerns, sent a tech out to go over the situation, then generated an elaborate quote that broke everything down beautifully. And then, of course, I used ChatGPT to troubleshoot what can go wrong with moving a water heater ten feet, while changing from tank to tankless and going from interior to exterior and it gave me about twenty concerns. Most of them seemed like AI nonsense but some of them were good points. Make sure your gas meter is X size, make sure your gas line is 3/4", many concerns about re-circulation situation... I'm sure the Natal and her techs new all of this and knew to determine some things on the day it was installed but Natal took every one of my concerns to heart, realized some were valid concerns that were not addressed on the first time a tech came out to quote the job so sent our another tech to take a closer look. We had a massive, old water heater that wouldn't fit up the basement stairs or through the door. I told him he could just leave it behind, but Anthony refused to take the easy way out. Instead, he painstakingly cut the entire unit in half just to haul it out for us. He finished a grueling job that most other companies would have walked away from. His work ethic, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched. I can't say enough great things about Anthony and the company! Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

So our waterheater went out, our warrenty expired and we were completely out of hot water…read more I've been hearing about the effectiveness of tankless water heaters. Here in America, we are serious outdated. Countries such as Japan and most countries in Europe have been using tankless water heaters due to environmental benefits as well as to save space and $$$. So I called around and came upon Baltica Remodeling solution. I emailed them to request an estimate. Kevin called me the next day and went around his schedule to come by my house that evening. At first, Kevin is well dressed and doesn't look like the typical plumber (ass crack hanging out) and I thought what the heck, another sales person trying to sell me useless expensive gadgets. But after taking some measurements around the house and asking me some questions, he went back to his car and printed me out an estimate. He also even showed me a cerficate indicating that he was authorized by NORITZ to install these water heaters and that any malfunctions will be covered by these installers. I'll be honest, these things aren't cheap. So I thought I'll try calling other places to seek another estimate. So I called other (three) plumbers that my friends and family recommended. Kevin's price was the cheapest by so far. So I called and he was able to install the water heater the next day, early in the morning. If you're planning on installing a NORITZ water heater, I would definetely seek a quote from Kevin at Baltica. He's very professional, business minded, knowledgable and down to earth. But like I said, these waterless heaters will save you money in the long run but will cost $2500 and up (depending on your house layout and # of restrooms). You can also get taax rebates and rebates from the gas company too!

Since then, my water pressure was low and hot water only lasted for 5 minutes. I invited three different plumbers to assess the problem and got offers to repipe my house, adjust temperature or relocate my shower. Nobody was able to diagnoze the problem correctly, but they were all speculating and offering to write bids for me for other jobs. When I called Baltica remodeling solutions, a representative came in to check the problem, he diagnozed it right away and gave me a quote. Next morning a plumber from teh company was at my house at 8am. 2 hours later, I was taking the shower with normal pressue and ample hot water. I wish I contacted Baltica a year earlier. I will recommend this company to my friends, relatives and all the customers. Thank you,
