I had water dripping from the ceiling which was later determined to be coming from the 2nd floor bathroom tub drain pipe. I called 2 plumbing companies and their representatives came out and I received their estimates. There was a small hole where the water had dripped from the drain pipe but neither plumbers cut a portion of the drywall to get a better look. I called Matt and told him about the problem. We arranged a time for Matt to come out. Matt cut a small square on the ceiling drywall and he confirmed that the tub drain pipe was cracked. After analyzing how to remove the section of pipe and replacing it, Matt provided me a very reasonable repair estimate. We then scheduled a time for the work to be done and Matt did an excellent repair job!! I found Matt to be very honest and professional and I liked how he took the Initiative on cutting the drywall to pinpoint the issue and provide a fair estimate of his material and labor to complete the job. I called Mike Diamond Plumbing which I had a good experience with. They wanted $4200 to replace my 50 gallon tank. I contacted Matthew's Plumbing and he replaced my tank for $1350. We just bought a condo and ordered and New Refrigerator with indoor Ice and Water. I noticed that there was no Ice or Water coming from the fridge. First I thought it might be broken, I checked the water connection behind the fridge and realized that there was not water. I have been having lately water coming up from the floor off and on which is really weird to me.
