Decided to message Same Day Water Heater again and Tanner messaged me back very quickly, began working on finding the correct part by calling several warehouses, and by the next morning he was able to secure it and offer me an installation date. On the day of installation, he provided his ETA, arrived on time, explained the issue, checked in with me as he was doing the repair, and went over everything that was done before he left. Tanner was very professional, very reasonable with his pricing considering how last minute the repair was requested, very straight forward in getting the repair done quickly, and will definitely be hiring him moving forward. My 100 gallon commercial water heater was having problem providing consistent hot water for almost two weeks. I sent out a request on Yelp, asking for any interested party for repair service. Tanner replied and was able to come in a few hours. Unfortunately, because the heater has been working on and off, on the day he came, the heater was working and showing no errors code. He couldn't really diagnose but suspect maybe the issue is due to the circulation pump. I called Tanner the seconds day while the water heater was down. He came and saw the shown error code, indicating possible issues that's causing the inconsistent hot water. He called the manufacturer on the spot and found out it was due to a dirty flame sensor. Tanner cleaned the sensor and now the water heater is working again. I was worry I had to get a new heater because the previous plumber I hired told me it was due to the age of the heater.
