So I've taken my dog to this specific groomer for the last couple times he was to receive a…read morehaircut. We had a good relationship going on. I loved his haircuts. They were super nice about everything but the last time I went into his appointment, I had gotten him back a couple hours after his grooming session, and I had noticed he could not open his eyes. I waited a day thinking it was just hair stuck in his eyes but the next day I took him to the vet and soon found out he had ulcers in both of his eyes from one of Brenda's grooming technicians and or herself. The reason behind him having ulcers and not only one eye, but both eyes was because they had held a hot blow dryer into his eyes for a long period of time causing me to pay out-of-pocket I thought that we could resolve this situation fairly quick and respectfully, but it has been nearly 2 months now and I have yet to receive a payment even though she stated to me, she has owned this business for 25 years. Does anyone know how or where to go for help? Anything is very much appreciated.

She called and asked me again and I said to not use flee shampoo because my dog takes medication . I informed her several times about not using flee shampoo and during all times she said she would not be using it. Had she said she couldn't accommodate my dog's needs I would had taken them somewhere else . She returned my other dog with her eyes irritated and has a cut in her eye . I asked her what they had done to her and she said she didn't know . My biggest issue is that they don't listen to instructions or notify you if they injure your dog . I understand accidents happen but I should had been notify so I can take my dog to the vet right away .upon taking my dog to the vet I was informed she has a cut in her eye and all of my dogs lashes where cut off during grooming which I didn't ask for . My elderly dog is traumatized after coming back from here . I'm not sure what they did to her but i would stay away from this place .

My Dog passed recently due to seizures and it became so that sadly, we had to euthanize him. Feeling stuck as none of this was planned and I wasn't ready for what was happening I knew I didn't want to have him cremated so I called Gateway for burial service and they had me come down immediately when I needed them most and I needed direction on what to do next they guided me and really helped me when I was lost.
