She called back in 20 minutes and said he would come to take a look at the unit within the next 2 hours. He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . He measured my refrigerator, gave me a suggestion when I asked, where to go to buy a new one. I thought he was highly responsive, polite, helpful even if he could not repair the unit.

The technician, Dustin, thoughtfully called to let us know he was running a few minutes late, and he arrived exactly when predicted. He did a thorough inspection and magically got the oven working as it should again, without having to replace any parts. If he had been a less scrupulous and responsible professional, he could have charged us to replace a part unnecessarily. Instead, he left his contact info so we could let him know if the problem returned, with the plan to order the part then, and only then. Even though it was the end of the business day, he stayed longer to be sure the oven maintained its temperature correctly. Throughout, he was friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with. Although the business is located in Bloomington, they do calls in the Champaign-Urbana area for no extra charge. this repair company was selected for me by my home warranty. I have never heard of an appliance…read morerepair company, not having the most basic appliance parts on hand. When I called to follow up to find out if the parts were finally in. I was rudely told that they called me on this day at that time and left me a message. Perhaps they did, however I did not get a message, it would seem to me that it would be in the companies. Best interest to follow up with that call a day or two later when they did not hear back from me. When I did reach them, it was going to be another two weeks before they would get out to actually repair my dishwasher and my dryer. That is unacceptable with timeliness. It was unacceptable with the customer service received. It's unacceptable that an appliance repair company doesn't have basic appliance parts on hand. I would have chosen another company who has always repaired my appliances on the spot at the first appointment, however, this was through my home warranty, and it wasn't up to me to select the company. If I could give this company zero or negative stars I would. Just the customer service and lack of understanding that going a month without a dryer and itself is extremely let alone the fact that he was rude and clearly not worried about a poor review is unacceptable. again, I'm only giving one star because I have to give at least one.
