When I first visited this store was impressed with the amount of items, quality and the prices. I have returned a couple times since and the prices have gone up or inconsistent. Found two plaid, wool pencil skirts that were the same brand and same style but just two different color plaids. They also had the same color price tag. One skirt was priced $9.99 and the other $17.99. When asked why this was I was not given an explanation but was told that was the price.???? Wish pricing was consistent like Goodwill. read more

Just finished with Savers and to be honest I didn't like it much. I like going thrifting in used items, and this store was more like Ross to me. Although I did find nice clothes I wasn't willing to pay 10$ a piece where as other stores I could pay less than 10$. read more

I never leave empty handed and at this one I got a LEGIT vintage leather chanel bag for $25 (obviously they didn't know), a Diane Von furstenberg leopard print blouse for $7, awesome brand new GAP basic tees for $3 on top of a million other amazing things on many different trips here! Everybody talks about how they always find good stuff at the thrift stores but I have never had any luck. I don't usually ever go to thrift stores but today I brought my pregnant neighbor since she cannot drive. She kept saying how big and good this thrift store is but I did not find anything. I don't want to sound boujie or snobby but I hate thrift stores, I would much rather go to a swapmeet or even a yard sale. The stuff here is pretty pricey considering its used stuff. They had picture frames for 6 dollars, the ones that you can find at Walmart for 5 dollars. My neighbor only bought a doll for her daughter, it's an Ariel Disney doll for 6 dollars which isn't bad. She told me that they had better and cheaper stuff before. The only reason they get 3 stars is because of the actual place. It was Ralph's before so the store itself is big. They also have the store looking really clean and organized. I've only been to a couple other thrift stores and they all smell super bad and the clothes is unorganized. This thrift store doesn't smell bad and everything is nice and organized. They also have a big selection of books, they are 1.99 and 2.99. Also, since it was a Ralph's they have a really big parking, always a plus. They are across the street from goodwill which is way more expensive. I would say skip this but if you really want to go to a thrift store, this is a good one compared to others!! read more

I enjoy thrifting and frequent Savers at least once a month. They don't separate the juniors/missy's women's clothing so you'll have to sift through the racks but it is organized by size which is nice. Every once in a while you'll come across an awesome deal but you really have to be patient and hunt. If you donate bags of clothes you get a coupon so make sure you do! I have yet to donate but I will soon and take advantage of that deal. Recommend this thrift store for the avid treasure hunter! read more

I love this thrift store! It's bigger and cleaner looking than other thrift shops. The prices can seem more expensive as a result, however. Be sure to sign up for their free rewards program. I'm not a big thrift shopper but wow, this place has great selection of clothes, home goods, books, and furniture. Everything is nicely organized and the staff is really friendly. They also have this savings card which basically for every $5 you spend you get a stamp. After 15 stamps your next purchase you get 30% off. Also if you donate clothes you get 20% off your purchase. Awesome place to purchase a Halloween costume. The prices are the better that the Goodwill across the street. They have a great selection of costumes starting from $1.00 and up. This thrift store is pricy and they charged taxes on everything, I thought used items didn't need to pay tax! At least Salvation Army and Goodwill never did. I came here since they opened, my 6 year old could find some chapter books she loved but now used children chapter books' price increase from 99 cents to $1.79 which almost double the price. The worst thing was after you dig out some books to pay, the cashier simply told you $2.99 each like today. I asked the young man : why you charged me $2.99 and the list price says $1.79? He simply flipped the books and said they go by published price? What's the ?? I left without purchasing anything. I used to donate my used stuff to this store a couple of times thinking at least I can help people, but recently I had been donated them to either Salvation Army or goodwill, I felt this store is profiting from people who donated rather than helping community. read more

Absolutely Gorgeous thrift store. A good %age of merchandises are brand new as they are donated by different brand name companies, and one can see they still have the original New item tags on. Even the ones that are not, are generally of an Ultra fresh condition. The prices are unbelievably low for the great quality they're in. Once a week they have a specific tag color that is 50% off for the entire week. if one for example like something of which the price tag happens to be yellow, and Yellow is the discount tag of the week, whatever the price is, 50% will be subtracted off that at the check out! Once a month, on average, they usually have as close to BLACK FRIDAY as one could hope for, as they get 1000's of new items on daily basis, and the select merchandise is usually 50% on the specified days. Every Tuesday, Seniors get 30% off anything they purchase. And If for example one cleans up their house and turn in bunch of items they no longer use, depending how big the load one drops off as a donation, they get a coupon of 30% to use for their next purchase. So if you donate something, don't be cheap. Each time I dropped a huge load of clean mint condition stuff, I got my coupon for future use right then and there. Some drop off couple of shirts and a pair of useless jeans and expect to get the coupon. You are not going to get it. They will give you a card with one stamp on it, that's it. You will have to make 5 or 6 more donations to get the full use of the coupon. If one joins their email list, one gets alerts about any weekly/monthly sales they might have scheduled, so they don't miss out on the great deals and bargains. Their employees are Xtremely nice. Music is loud, atmosphere is festive. The place is huge as it used to be SUPER Ralphs Store. I absolutely love this place. Oh, ...almost forgot. The book section. I call it "My Barnes & Nobles", only Better than B&N... Just about every book one cares to read. Anything from spiritual/religion section, to medical, to reference, to self help/Business/psychology, to history, to biographies, to travel, Nature, Pets, cooking, to kids books, to novels. science and health, etc.. they have It ALL!!! And the books prices as in mint condition never go beyond 3.50 $ each. the Brand new ones are only 3.99 $ as they usually have a visible tag on for these!!! As far as the variety of merchandise, they simply have EVERYTHING. From great toys for kids to electronics, to clothes, to shoes, great purses, accessories, bed and bath stuff, furniture, luggage, mountain bikes, dishes. The only things I didn't see there are fridges and full size floor ovens. I've occasionally seen microwaves and toaster ovens there. The cashier Leilani was so rude. My fam shop here so many times and been coming here for a long time. She was so rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. After we waited for a long time because there was only 2 cashiers, she didnt even say thank you for waiting, no hi, no thank you. She just repeated the total, didnt make eye contact, no customer skill what so ever. She treat us like crap. She was so racist and to top it off, we are a member of savers ! We told her our phone number and she didnt even pay attention and said '' what is it '' like not even sorry what was it again? Nothing. No manner. So racist. Her name is Leilani. I will never come back. Such racism, rude and treated like we didnt speak english when we were born and raised here. Dont ever belittle people. This is how you lose customers because of people like her. So rude, inconsiderate, no customer service what so ever. Dont ever treat customers like that, no matter if its a thrift store. She just handed the receipt without even looking at us and not even say thank you. And when we asked, if we have enough points to use in this purchase and she said NOPE. For a thrift store, probably the cleanest ever! No smells, no junk and no disorganization. All items are sorted and place by category. Fair prices and They have a rewards program. Parking is huge . It's in a old Ralph's store. They might even have a return policy but can't remember. I buy many different things from thrift stores and this one has a great book selection.
