Sure it is our lateness but things happen and we always call to let them know and they have a page full of reading to share with me as a punishment. Totally understand the protocol of office management particularly in light of COVID-19. No issues with them making their point across about our lateness but I don't believe they need to be preachy. I first thought I was being too protective of my child but I got upset by overhearing what was being said to my child during our recent call. Again, doctors and their assistants are nice.

From front desk Arlene, to Dr. Brady's assistants, and Anna they've all been professional, pleasant, and friendly. When I had minor issues with my top teeth the chipped part of my front tooth, Dr. Brady did not hesitate to correct it for me.
