They have an online profile and payment system. They come out and meet you before hand. I appreciate the text letting me know how my dog is doing.

They did a great job treating my Pomeranian's periodontal disease. They had to pull 7 teeth. (I…read moreknow this was legit because his previous vet had to pull 12; his mouth had not been cared for by previous owners and he only eats soft food.) Dr. Labib called me to explain my pup's dental situation and to get approval before pulling anything. He called again to say there was a canine tooth that was going to need to be pulled in the future so did I want to have him remove it now. None of this was a cheap, but I knew this going in, and they gave me estimates along the way. He gave me a tip on how to clean my dog's teeth with gauze instead of a toothbrush. Our vet tech was calm and knowledgable; everyone there was gentle. They communicated well with reminder texts. I'd recommend them.
