Although it is not full service, they ensured we had everything we needed. Food: The omelets were delicious but a bit watery inside and not as fluffy as expected. This spot has been on my radar for some time and I was really excited to check it out. It's located in city place Doral and it is a small shop which can be a little hard to find. I like the option of having seating available outside and inside which has a really cool arrangement of decor and set up. The bakery looks delicious too. I want to note the service was great - the food not so much. It wasn't bad it's just definitely not how I prefer my eggs - something about them seems off to me. As for the French toast, I really enjoyed this dish, the only sad part is the bread used is really tiny and was expecting something more from a bakery so that kind of threw me off. On the bright side the prices here compared to other spots is a big plus though. read more

A couple of months ago we were around the Doral area and we were looking for a place to have brunch. We found Savour at City Place and what a great option! We found a table and the server brought us the menu right away. We ordered a couple of lattes, it was my boyfriend and me and both were delicious. For the main entrees, my boyfriend had the Classic Scramble Eggs served with baguette and mixed greens. And I got the Sunny Side Avocado Toast. Both were amazing and really filling! I walked into this place early on a Sunday just wanting a quick beverage to go. After seeing a number of juice options on their menu, it provided the impression that they were natural fresh juices. I ordered (2) orange carrot juices for total $21. What I received was indeed not a fresh juice but tasted like a mix of sunny-D and V8 or something. The photo attached shows the fakeness of it, and nothing resembling what a carrot juice should. I don't want to bash this place because the food looked and smelled amazing... but charging $10 for pouring a store bought juice into a plastic cup is a robbery and definitely left me disappointed and ultimately trashing what I purchased. Just want people to know what to expect in this regard, their juice selection is not what you'd think, at least not in my experience. read more

Savour at Cityplace Doral used to be a European brunch place that was quite good. I was hoping that Savour could be an adequate replacement. Unfortunately not. A yelp friend correctly pointed out that the slices of bread from the eggs benedict looked so sad. And indeed it was. I was hoping for more of a Zak the Baker type of bread. Just something more special than this sliced white bread. The coffee was ok. Same for the croissant. The fresh squeezed OJ, on the other hand, was the best part at just $4-5 for that size. The reason for the 3rd star is for the outstanding service that we received from our waiter. read more

LOVEDD SAVOUR! What a treat in the middle of Doral! Easy parking, great service, plenty of tables indoors and outdoors. We ordered all the juices and coffees and loved the rich flavors. We were staying at the Marriott down the block and set off to find some brunch. This place looked cute and inviting so decided to give it a try. SO glad we did! The menu offers a great assortment of breakfast fare, including a variety of croissant sandwiches, eggs Benedict topped with several different choice combos like avocado, smoked salmon, bacon, etc. They also offer yummy looking fluffy pancakes and waffles. There is also a selection of multigrain "Toasts" - I chose an avocado toast that was topped with bacon, cream cheese, arugula, peppers - it was delicious!! They had a variety of coffees, smoothies, and pastries that looked fantastic although we did not try any. Staff were very helpful and personable, and handled the busy Sunday brunch hour well. The place inside is pretty and so is the overall appearance of the food. The music is too loud and although we had a non-complex meal, everyone around us who arrived time and time later got their food before us. Not only that, but a simple task of asking for an ingredient to be removed and or placed on the side of the plate rather than in it is something that cannot be guaranteed and has a poor reaction from the waiter. ENDED UP IN HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM: On October 3rd, I went to Savour for lunch to try a new place. I should have known this would be a mistake when I saw I was the ONLY person there. I went up to the counter and asked for a lunch menu and the cashier/waitress didn't seem to know if there was one because she had to ask someone in the back. When I saw that, I decided to ask HER what she recommended from the lunch menu. She pointed at the pastas and the fettuccine Alfredo. To be safe, so I thought, I went with the fettuccine Alfredo. When she brought the dish out, I could tell the sauce was not even a sauce as it was not creamy. It almost felt like I was served a soup. The dish did not have flavor and the chicken was extremely dry. The liquid sauce even looked a bit greasy. After the meal, a few hours went by I started to feel pain in my abdomen. The pain continued the next day and was so severe, I ended up going to an urgent care. From there, I was sent to an emergency room on suspicion of apendicitis. Turns out it was GAS all along from the last meal I ate which was this dish. This $21.83 bill turned out to be over $1,200 and counting from the emergency room, urgent care, and now emergency room doctor claims on my insurance. It has been an absolute nightmare! The people were really nice! They greeted us so well and didn't take too long to attend us given that it looked like there were only two people. We were excited to try this new spot out but we were really disappointed with the food. I ordered a classic eggs Benedict with bacon on the side and the food not only came out cold with what seemed like oldish bread but the egg was raw and the "bacon on the side" was a just a small pile of bacon bits.....? I was really really disappointed with the overall food experience but didn't want to give them lower stars because they were nice. I probably won't be going back or recommending this place to my friends for brunch but I hope this review helps other and helps the owners to step up their game for the future read more
