My favorite post office (maybe I'm lying a little sawgrass is still top tier, but I love this location because of the self-service kiosk) but besides that love the ladies and Simon that work here.

    This lady here. DISGUSTING HUMAN.

Disgusting workers here. I had a passport appointment and the lady in the front was so rude for no reason. Rushing me and being so nasty I had to leave. Why work at a customer service Job if you can't deal with the public. Disgusting place.

I came in here after work to buy one Forever stamp for a class project for my daughter. The self-service machine has been broken for days. The postal clerk was apologetic and said that they put in a service request, but I still had to stand in line for over 17 minutes with the rest of the 14 people in line. What's worse is that (1) there were three clerks working and one left! Yes, with that many customers in line at 5:30, the least he could have done was to help his teammates and get all of the customers out as expeditiously as possible; and (2) there was a clerk separating and/or counting green Return Receipt Cards. Not only did she not stop to help and resume the counting later, but one of the two clerks left had to go assist her when she called for him--and then there was ONE! Withal, they seemed to be working hard and you have to give each one a star for that!!

I got a letter wanting all of my private info from this address. It's claiming to be from the state of Tennessee with a Fl return address. Do NOT TRUST IT!!!

Self service wasn't working and instead of reimbursing they are telling customers to just pay again for posting

Consistently long lines . They always have only two people working here at a time which doesn't make any sense . The self service kiosk wasn't working nor was it printing out receipts . Instead of reimbursing everyone whose postage didn't print out , you would either have to buy it again or wait for a supervisor . The wait has now been thirty minutes . They could at LEAST put a sign that says their self service kiosk isn't working .

There has to be a better way for my lazy mail carrier to get out of the truck and deliver a parcel that doesn't fit in the box. The carrier instead leaves the note for me to go to the post office to pick it up even after I sign the slip for redelivery. Standing in line at the post office can be annoying when the line is long and the elderly use the postal employees behind the counter as there therapists and carry on very long conversations about what they are returning or sending to their grandchildren. This branch never seems to have enough employees. They also should not take a lunch break when the lines are long at lunchtime. Sometimes I leave because the line is too long and too slow. I think there could be a management problem because there is never anyone enforcing the mask wearing policy while waiting in line. Maybe they should get help from the company with the big smile logo and put pickup boxes inside the branch for quick package pickup.

You make an appointment for passport months in advance just to arrive and no one is working. Stay away from this place.

For all who read this... Unfortunately, USPS doesn't care…read moreeven a LITTLE if the 'customer service is terrible, or even non-existent! "The mail must go through..." It's the only game in town for most letter and small-package carriers. It's called "United States Postal Services." Anything and everything that is even CLOSE to U.S. government administration or regulation seems to hire employees who have no clue about gratitude. Probably the best-paid, and best-benefitted employees, these people know that any complaints fall on deaf ears. They just have to show up and do at least a *little* of what we call 'work.' It's a 'mostly-secure' and 'mostly-reliable' system which under current 'rule' manages to make some of the worst logistic decisions on the planet. (You'd think they'd take a hint or two from UPS...) They consistently employ people who are the antithesis of anything resembling the term, 'customer-centric.' For anything other than standard mail, I recommend UPS or just about any other carrier if you want to be greeted by people who actually care about what you think or how you feel.

Management really needs to look into this location, I have to agree with other reviews, the…read morecustomer service of most associates is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. It makes you now want to have to go there because you feel you're an inconvenience to them every single time. "I hate working here" "you're bothering me" faces written all over their faces, a lot of mobile phone usage while assisting customers. It's not everyone, but there is a culture of lack of customer service and bad attitude in this location and I assume nobody will ever get fired so this is accepted. That should not be allowed. Suggestion: you need screen covers where employees can't see what customers are selecting "How was your service", employees look at you when you answer the question and if this location is getting good responses that's the only reason why.

Can't say anything bad about this post office from the multiple times that I have visited it. This…read morelocation is right down the road from where I live and, even during the busiest times, I have never had to wait more than ten minutes at most. The staff here are usually friendly and I can tell they are doing as much as possible with what they are given. They take their time with each person and even have allowed my husband and I to jump back in line after it was our turn and they needed us to fill out different forms to help keep the line moving. The location is very easy to find but I will say that parking can be a little tricky if you are here during peak busyness! It is a smallish lot but the speed they work, cars are usually coming and going very quickly thankfully! I love that I am able to buy specialty stamps here and get a good laugh at seeing some that they come up with. Pricing for shipping out items and their stamps is the same as it is everywhere else but I do wish it was slightly cheaper, but what are you going to do when there aren't many shipping options out there! The location also offers PO boxes and a package drop box if you don't want to wait in the line to drop it off and get it scanned.

The staff and supervisor are incompetent. There's a complete lack of communication, work ethic, and…read moreoverall care from this post office. I've sent packages out through them multiple times, all because damaged, running late or just genuinely misplaced and never sent out. Honestly, they need to do better. Not worth the time spent nor the headaches given, how do you go on a two week vacation and not have a supervisor for the store? Hopefully they get some new staff in that building.
