I stopped by the Say Cheese food trailer, which was parked next to Lavin's Liquors in Wayland recently. There were several customers already there waiting for their made to order grilled cheese sandwiches. I ordered The Wedge ($10) and waited about 8 minutes for my sandwich to be boxed and ready. The Wedge was a friggin good grilled cheese sandwich which had melted cheddar, bleu cheese, tomato, and juicy bacon between buttery grilled chewy ciabatta bread slices. I am so glad I stopped by to try out one of their delightful grilled cheese sandwiches. If I happen to see their trailer again, I would definitely stop by and try out their other sandwiches.

A mainstay at the Tree House Brewery offering a few interesting grilled cheese options. The bread is the real star hero overall for both, so well cooked and just the right amount of crisp. The fig and goat cheese was simple yet tasty-personally I would've loved some prosciutto on it. The Rueben was a standard Rueben but with this bread elevated nicely. Standard pricing for a food truck and the only meal option at this brewery, so worth checking out. read more

Found these guys at Tree House in Charlton. Just grilled cheese really hit the spot. It did take a while (10mins) but they told us the wait time, so it was fine. (Grilled cheese sandwiches like these can't actually be rushed. I'm pretty sure it's a fact of physics/chemistry that the sandwiches take as long as they take.) Best part of it though was a couple hours later, I walked past one of the sandwich guys elsewhere at the brewery, and he remembered my name. Super cool. read more

We found them at the Brimfield Antique Fair this year. I ordered the caprese with bacon. OMG!! The sandwich is toasted perfectly, the balsamic glaze is amazing. It's the best $10 I spent at the entire event! Come to NH! You guys are delicious! read more

I came to Brimfield MA for their flea market in 2019 and returned in 2021. Both years I visited their food truck. $11 seems expensive for a grilled cheese but I've never been disappointed. Wish I could visit them multiple times to try their different options but both times I've gotten the figgy goat grilled cheese. Delicious and savory. read more

We just tried them a food truck festival in central MA. It's a good thing they are not closer because it was simply delicious. I had the cheddar monster sandwich. The price was reasonable and the sandwich was great. The only complaint is that I spilt the sandwich with hubby. read more

Awful. My sister and I got ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches for $17; it took at least twenty minutes, and the whole sandwich just tasted like butter. I would never recommend it or call it "gourmet". The cooks are too slow and the food just didn't taste good. read more

Um before I ate at say cheese towards the beginning of this year I can't remember the last time I've had a grilled cheese sandwich. Since then I've eaten at say cheese too many times to say! The FIG N GOAT w bacon is by far my favorite sandwich and should be tried once by all. The owner Teri really is key for the vibe you get when you eat at say cheese. They are laid back and very personable. Have had great experiences everytime! read more

They're so big they have to use a mini sub roll, instead of a hotdog bun. You can order your dog as you like, or select from their menu of pre-planned dogs. I forget what it was called, but I ordered from the menu. My dog was topped with onion, relish, and hot mustard. It was super hot and humid on this day and I felt bad for the food truck workers. It must've been like an oven in there. The dog was so awesome I made my way back to the food truck afterwards to tell them so. If you enjoy an occasional hotdog like me, and you happen to see one of the Trolley Dogs food trucks somewhere, you should check it out! I promise, you'll be glad you did. P. S. I did not have one myself, but one of my companions had one of their craft lemonades. He raved about that Trolley Dogs offering as well.

I imagined it to be your typical shaved ice that you get from the ice cream truck that used to come through your neighborhood in 5th grade. But honestly, somehow they made flavored shaved ice - premium. It was really the best shaved ice I have ever had, and according to their truck they are low calorie. A wonderful treat on a hot day, would definitely spend my own money if they stopped by the neighborhood again.
