I declined all three and paid for the pizza ahead of time in full without a tip. When I arrived the worker greeted me, friendly enough. He rang it in and handed me my receipt. Usually we're done at that point. But he waited for me to sign it. At least that's what I thought. However, he said I didn't need to sign it but to fill it in. Then I realized he was asking me outright for a tip. I put $0 for a tip and same total. He picked it up and said, "STILL A "0"! You could tell he wasn't pleased. So then I wasn't happy. So I said, as I grabbed my pizza to leave, that I don't tip when I drive in to get my pizza. I only tip if it's brought to me by delivery. He walked off. Didn't acknowledge my comment at all. Very disappointed! To be honest, it's never happened at this Pizza Hut before and has never happened at their competition, Domino's Pizza. I'll probably call the manager to complain.
