    Bada Bing
    Debra K.

Pizza is very good. I love a good wood-fired crust and these had just the right amount of char but retained the chewiness of a good pizza dough. Phone order was friendly and helpful. She told us they were very busy and it might be 30 minutes). Delivery (around the corner to Eerie) was great and an excellent option. We did delivery because, Copaneazi's is a very small space. We visited on a Saturday night around 6 and it was slammed. We decided to pop around the corner to Eerie and have a beer and then check back in. When we found out we could phone in an order and have it delivered, we did just that. We ordered the pizza flight, three small pizzas and decided to try the Fughettaboutit, Bada Bing, and Soprano. The Bada Bing was the meat option it was good but spicy so be aware. I thought my favorite would be Fughettaboutit but it was actually the Soprano. I loved the fire roasted tomatoes on it. Honestly, though, from looking at the menu, I'm not sure you could go wrong here. I really want to try some of the salads and appetizers but I just didn't think they would be conducive to a delivery (along with the pizza) and I didn't want to do two separate orders. I would love to pop in again and dine in. Marking this so when our vegetarian family comes! There are LOTS of options here.

This is a great joint. So many vegan options, pizzas, apps, etc. They got it all! Everything we've had so far (all vegan), the garlic knots, fire roasted cauliflower, and the gavone pizza, were super delicious. It's great having another pizza spot downtown with legit vegan offerings- two places with great options now (and one place with trash afterthought vegan pizza)! I'm looking forward to eating my way through their vegan menu. If you're looking for a great vegan time, hit this place up tout de suite, you're gonna have a good time.

My friend and I tried to come here during the vegan challenge 2 months ago, we came mid day on a Saturday, but they had a handwritten sign on the door they were closed until 5, it was about 3:30. We didn't want to wait that long. Her dog eats promptly at 5- can't disappoint her pup, and we were starving- so we went nextdoor to their sister restaurant. I was eager to try this place because my friend said she ate her the next weekend to try the vegan challenge and that it was wonderful. She had their cheesy bread, the pizza, and the donut bites. I told her the next time I was in town, we must go here. We came again around the same time- 3:30 ish. Having come again from an event. The restaurant only had 1 other party, who was finishing up, and were nursing a glass of wine each. The first thing I noticed was that there was no music playing. I can't remember the last time I've been to a restaurant without any kind of music whatsoever. My friend said she hadn't noticed if there was music here her other visits. The other thing we noticed was that the server obviously did not want to be there, and kept her eye on the front door. When we placed our order, she did not write it down. Which made me nervous since we ordered vegan items. This makes me concerned when you go to a non vegan place that there could easily be a mixup. We each started with a glass of wine each. We ordered the same one. And then each ordered a second glass with our meal. We should have gotten a bottle. Had we discussed this in advance that we would want the same wine throughout the meal- that would have been wise. The server was asking the other table to pay her as she set our first glasses of wine down. Then a new server came in, and the first server was out like a flash. We very soon saw her pacing up and down in front of the restaurant smoking a cigarette. The salad was yummy. When our pizza came out we noticed right away it did not have the added mushrooms we had asked to have added to it. We called the new server over to ask her to add them- we also asked her if she could verify it was truly a vegan pie. She said it was. We crossed our fingers it was. A few minutes later, the same pie was served to us again, now with mushrooms added. We asked for extra vegan pesto ranch dressing to dip the cheesy bread in. My friend really loves it. I didn't really care for it. Letting her have it all. Then my friend asked if they still offered the yummy vegan dessert they had for the challenge. The server said she could get it for us. She also mentioned she also had a vegan tiramisu type dessert. We asked for both of those to go. Also with some boxes to take the rest of the pizza and cheesy bread to go. The server went outside, maybe to one of the sister restaurants, then came back awhile later with our desserts. She mentioned they were out of the vegan jam to go with the donuts., and that she gave us honey instead- which is not vegan, but at least was on the side. Later that night we air fried the donuts and tossed them in powdered sugar and paired them with vegan preserves we got at a local farmers market. My friend said they were nowhere near as good as they had been when she had them the month before and kept apologizing. We tossed them, feeling they were not worth the calories. Moving on to the vegan tiramisu- we each took a bite of that- but this just tasted like whipped cream- another dessert we tossed. This was another disappointment. We would definitely go back for the salad and the soprano pizza. But not right at shift change, and not bother with the vegan desserts. The big surprise bonus was that I got cash back from Rakuten. I had my credit card linked and apparently this restaurant is one that gives you cash back. So that was a happy surprise. I was sure to let my friend know as soon as I noticed that. She also has Rakuten- but had not linked her credit card for participating restaurants- she now has.

Decided to have pizza for lunch and found this place on Yelp, great place! The pizza here is great, they are using some quality ingredients and the crust is amazing! Easy ordering and fast cooking this was all around a great experience!!

Epic. This pizza is great. This guy knows what he is doing. Come and try this place!

This place is legit. They make the dough and sauce. The pizza oven is amazing - 700 degrees. Come try and support this establishment. I vote yes for Copaneazi's!

Classic pepperoni and a vanilla smoked Manhattan.
    Nicholas L.

I'd like to start by noting how great the service is. I walked in on a very slow Tuesday night after a long day of flying 40 minutes before close. The staff was friendly, sat me down right away and really made me feel at home even though it was super slow and close to closing. I had a vanilla Manhattan. Smoked. Which was good. A bit sweet, a touch of citrus and lots of vanilla. I had there classic pepperoni and it was great too. I loved the wood fired char on the edges and the crust was great. Parking here could be an issue. It's right down town so plan on walking a bit. If this was in Chicago, New York, or LA, I would have been disappointed, but for Tulsa, pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. I'd go back for sure.

Gluten free dairy free pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza

I called in our order to be picked up. The guy who answered did a great job with ensuring he captures my order correctly due to my food allergies. He was super friendly. Parking is metered and street parking only. This food review is specific to my gluten free and dairy free friends. Yum! The pizza was great. This crust was good, the sauce was excellent. The vegan cheese, pepperoni, chili flakes and Italian sausage combined for a really good pizza. You won't be disappointed. Also the pizza oven is just cool.

I went there for lunch on a pretty busy weekday. Got sat quickly at the bar and ordered the Genova. It came within 10 minutes and was delightful. If I hadve been with someone, splitting a pizza and adding a side salad would be perfect. Pizzas are oven fired and made when you order. Had a great experience with good food, I'll be back!

Strolling through spartan downtown Tulsa on a Sunday night, we stumbled upon Copaneazi's and stopped in for a standard salad and pizza. We didn't expect the artisanal touch that they brought to their food, even offering vegan versions of every dish. A house salad, a Corona NA and a Tulsa King filled our bellies and put smiles on our faces. If you're ever in downtown Tulsa, give Copaneazi's a visit!

Looking for a great wood oven pizza? Look no further. Copaneazi's has an amazing and unique pizza selections. Visiting from out of town I wanted some comfort food: pizza. We were greeted right away upon entering. The seating consist of a large variety of wood chairs or comfy stools. The service was amazing, and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the Stephen's Stingray Pie

A delightful spot with great food and excellent service. I stopped in for a quick respite on the way to Grand Lake. So happy I tried it.

Couldn't wait to try the vegan Bugsy and so glad we did!
    Robert H.

Attention Please! This is my new favorite pizza joint! We ordered the Vegan Bugsy and it's the first vegan pizza I can truly say I couldn't tell it was vegan. The crust is magnificent with the delicate char on the bottom and edges to make it crispy and flavorful. The chew of the crust is nearly perfect providing the feeling of comfort food I always crave. The mushrooms and caramelized onions pair wonderfully with the unbelievably delicious vegan cheese that would fool even the most ardent of cheese lovers. To say I'm in love with this pizza is an under statement. We will definitely be making this our go to stop for pizza as most other places don't even offer enough vegan options to warrant a visit.

I really wish I remembered the drink I had the first time around, what I do remember is that it was really good. The drink I had recently was the Don Diego de La Ve & it's something I'd get again + would be my usual. Anything tequila, it's automatic (rum is right there at a very close 2nd) when it comes to an alcohol beverage + cocktail. Has addition of ancho reyes, a chile liqueur, that's super subtle in the drink along with lemon lime & agave. My homie looked at my drink & said that's something he should've ordered. *Side Note* I took a look at the menu & I'm convinced I had the Cousin Eddie (when I first visited this place). As I stated that rum is a close 2nd to tequila & the Cousin Eddie has Bumbu (rum) that I already enjoy on its own.
