Unfortunately, our visit to Andolini's on Riverwalk was pretty underwhelming. We ordered the garlic knots, Caprese antipasto, and a large Supreme Combo pizza with no black olives. The garlic knots were off-putting and seemed to be fried rather than baked. We actually overheard a server telling the table behind us that they were fried, which explained the texture. The Caprese antipasto was also disappointing, with barely any balsamic vinegar. But the biggest issue was the pizza. After waiting more than 70 minutes for it to arrive, the Supreme Combo was still undercooked in the middle. Waiting that long for a pizza is frustrating enough, but after that kind of wait, you at least expect it to come out properly cooked. Between the garlic knots, the underwhelming antipasto, and the undercooked pizza, there really wasn't anything about the meal that stood out in a positive way. Overall, a disappointing experience, especially considering how long we waited for the main course. read more

Unusually long wait. They were getting an unusually large amount of take out orders and I think that might have been the cause. We left the Aquarium and hurried here because we ware having an early dinner and didn't want a late lunch. We got a very late lunch. The food and ambience were good, but not worth the wait. read more

We were in town for a niece's wedding and wanted some lunch and someone recommended this spot. The area is super nice and we got to sit outside. Now, our server, Amelia, was AMAZING! Super attentive and super friendly. She made the DeMarco pizza sound tasty and it did not disappoint. I will make the drive from KC for this pizza again!!! The minute I saw this place claiming to be New York style pizza, I had to come. Garlic knots are my favorite and this place does it in an interesting way. Almost little fried dough pieces sitting atop olive oil and garlic with snow like Parmesan sprinkled generously. A totally different take on the garlic knot. I sprinkled a little red pepper flake... ooo. I enjoyed it but my daughter preferred the baked knot, actually tied in a knot! Waited a bit for the pizza pie to come out. We had the vegetarian pizza via my daughter's request. The pizza could have been baked a little bit longer, IMO. The vege was a little raw and the cheese just melted and the center of the dough was soggy. Crust was crisper! I love that the pizza table was a lazy Susan and under was an assortment of condiments. Was in the area for a car show. Hadn't even had lunch yet so figured we grab a quick bite since hubby heard the pizza was good and we been trying to find a good pizza joint. At first walking in, there was a group of staff out front, everyone smiled and greeted us. The day was warming up so we decided to sit outside. It felt chilly if not under the sun. Our waitress took our drink orders then came back and took our food order. The Arancini came out pretty quick, it was my first time trying it and I wished I could have ordered the meatballs instead because I felt that it lacked flavor. Pizza arrived about 15-20 mins in, it was nice and fresh presentation wise, but with so many toppings made it hard to hold a slice to eat without it falling all over. We waited a good 20 mins before another waitress came out to ask us if the previous waitress let us know she was going to now take care of our table, um which she did not lol. This explains why she never came back to check on us. By this point I was already ready to pay and go. Wanted to love even like the place but with this experience not too sure this be an option if Im around Riverwalk again. read more

Pizza was hot. Service was good. The pizza was not so great. We were looking for the meat they said they put on it. It wasn't on it, it was underneath the cheese and VER LITTLE! They don't wanna show you how many toppings are on the pizza so they just bury it under mountains of cheese. This is Pizza Federico. A white pizza with Bruschetta and mushrooms under the cheese with spinach. Don't waste your money, we went on a Saturday night and nobody was there at 6 PM and they even had part of the restaurant closed off because their largest pizza for 3 adults is $32. That does not include drinks. No music was playing. The pizza tasted like one you could get frozen. No one hardly there at 6:00 on Saturday night should tell you something. read more

Our grown kids who grew up with the original on 15th St. has made this their go to when they're visiting Tulsa. Doesn't seem to be as busy as when the walk was full of tenants, but we shall see how that all works out in the future. Server? bringing out some rough for our kids to play with was a bonus. Food was decent. Our pizza was good, garlic knots were great but husband's meatballs in meatball sub were still chilly. They did give my toddler a dough ball to play with which he did enjoy. Caution to all parents taking their littles- strap on high chair did not work and there is no changing table. Looks to have been one at one time and they seem to be trying to cope with 2 changes next to each other in the handicapped stall. Luckily we are potty training and didn't need it but it was very odd especially for a restaurant in this district. read more

I ordered twice from this location on the same day. Online- said it would be ready at 6:30pm and it wasn't ready until 6:50pm. Already frustrated but then they forgot the bag of cutlery and packets of parm and pepper flakes. Underestimated how much pizza we would need, so at 7:40 pm I placed an order over the phone. The cashier who took my order told me "it will be ready in 30 minutes. Is that OK?" I responded "if it can be quicker, that would be awesome." I got there, and the entire staff that wasn't serving customers sitting in the restaurant to eat was watching Mulan (yes the Disney movie). At 8:02 (I have the receipt, that's why I'm being specific), they told me 10 minutes. My two pizzas were not ready until 8:25pm. I missed the entire first half of my event hosted at my home because of how long this took and delivery not being offered at the time I ordered! I will drive to the Cherry St location if I'm dying for Andolinis in the future. read more

Went to celebrate two birthdays and had whole family with us. Absolutely way overpriced for what we had. $155 for three pizzas and 7 ranch. Would have never dreamed a small cup of ranch at a pizza place would cost $2.50 each. Couple people asked and she brought out 7 that's $17.50 for ranch and only used about two of them. Asked for a Caesar side salad she didn't mention anything about not having side salads it was a $15 salad. I would have looked at the menu but we only had one menu for 14 people and that's only because one of us went snd got one. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I was blown away by the quality of the pizza itself. Everything was homemade, including the mozzarella and fresh vegetables. They have a lunch buffet for $15 all you can eat Pasta and pizza including a drink that is by far the best deal I have seen for top quality homemade real Italian cuisine. I took my son here today for his birthday. We were the only ones seated outside -- the weather was beautiful, but that's about the only positive. Service was slow and inattentive. They forgot to place our order, so we waited an extra 45 minutes for food that was a total disappointment. The bruschetta was overbaked and tasted like cardboard. My son's Opulent Mac & Cheese was super dry not what you'd expect from a dish with that name. Overall, the experience felt like an afterthought, which is especially upsetting on a day that was supposed to be special. When you're out walking around enjoying the weather or shopping over at Tulsa's Riverwalk, stop in and treat yourself to a delicious meal!! They have won " Top 10 pizzas in the USA" award, and they have acknowledge by the Food Network. So that's pretty epic. For starters we enjoyed the Marzano rolls... which are baked with pesto, san marzanos, pecorino romano and fresh basil!!! So gooood!! Then we ordered the Hoboken specially pizza, which is sliced meatballs with marinara, ricotta, extra virgin olive oil. VERY tasty! Next time I want to try the barbecue chicken pizza the part that grabbed my attention about the BBQ chicken one, was it has crisp onion strings on top, but today I let my son choose our pizza. They also have gelato. The lemon was very refreshing. Our waitress DJ was extremely friendly, nice and attentive. They have over 30 beers on tap, in case there are any beer drinkers out there that are reading this. They also take military discount. We will be returning for sure!! read more

This isn't my first time here, I've probably eaten here or gotten to go maybe like 10-15x but this time we ate in and got the Marzano rolls and fettuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo is our favorite! This time is was lukewarm to taste which I was a bit disappointed about. We've never tried the marzano rolls so we got those and were told they take about 15mins to make/cook so we were fine with that. But when they were served to us, they were also lukewarm. We were expecting them to be piping hot since it takes so long to make and is what I'm guessing to be fresh. Disappointed about that too. I know the ranch sauce is made in house but geez $2 for a small sipping saucer! I'd normally give 4-5 stars because I love Andos but for this time I have to give 3. read more

I was really bummed about our experience here. As soon as we sat down our waiter told us, "Whatever you get don't get the pickle pizza. It sucks." As we sat a bit longer deciding what to get for food and then did end up ordering. We waited for awhile... Waiter came back around to tell us there was a mess up in the kitchen and our pizza just got put in the oven. He was going to leave after that but a supervisor told him to get us some knots while we waited... that was a nice touch. Although.... we ended up being charged for the "free" knots to combat the wait time for our pizza. Also, my brother ordered another drink but they proceeded to never bring the drink and also ended up charging us for that as well. Overall, I would not recommend this. Very friendly service and high quality food! The only shortcomings were a matter of preference imo. It was kind of a cheese heavy pizza (not my preference) but the crust was nice and crunchy. The music was a little quiet. I got the 20" Clement's pizza, good but I wish I would've used more crushed red pepper. Still great! The food was good for the most part. The mac n cheese had way too much cheese which made it harder to eat. The service was not good. Our waitress brought out our food one at a time. She never cleaned off our table so I moved our dishes to the next table. It was not busy so not sure why they could not coordinate getting all the food out at the same time. Since we moved to Jenks about a year and a half ago, we've endured a few struggles from this location. Meatballs under seasoned, pizza under cheese-d, kitchen mistakes, and slow service. Most recently, on the night before Thanksgiving, there was a mishap with our pizza order, so the kitchen comped it. Which we appreciated. But when our DeMarco of Brooklyn arrived, it wasn't the quality we were used to. Extremely runny such that the slices were falling apart. I realize from the Beautiful san Marzano tomatoes, it's going to have a little juice, but this was out of sight. It was also under cheesed. Also doused in the pizza flour to an absurd degree. I have had this pizza couple of times at the Cherry Street location; this was a letdown. We were too hungry to complain after waiting nearly an hour, we just scarfed down half the pizza and forgot about it. I don't feel it meets the same standard as the Cherry Street/ BA locations. I have decided to avoid this location unless they work out the kinks. Pains me to say it because Andos is one of Tulsa's great family-owned restaurants. read more

The service was phenomenal and so was the food' they have lunch specials for about $13 but we decided to get a 16" pizza (half combination + half athenian). I have ordered many pizzas from Andolinis but this time I tried the deep dish style square pizza. Roman Soho pep Square is the menus item and I added salami, ground beef and extra mozzarella. I wish it would have been hot upon delivery but it was warm and I just popped it in the microwave for 30 sec and good ta go! Overall taste of the pizza is delicious! The description says the dough takes 5 days, that's intense and its pretty good. A little greasy for my preference. I also ordered the Garlic knots added mozzarella, not enough mozzarella on the garlic notes to off set the cost of $2.00. They were not as soft as I would have liked but I recall that always being an issue. Ordered it through the app for delivery ordered at 4:32, delivered by 5:09!! read more
