Jerime was awesome on the phone, and gave me a quote that was much lower than competitors. (So much so, I double-checked that he is indeed a licensed, insured, and bonded plumber!) Jerime didn't do the job himself, sending Carl and Caleb instead. They were clean, polite, efficient, and thorough. They showed up on-time, didn't bat an eyelash at the heat-pump inter-tie we had connected to the drain port on the old unit, or that we needed an expansion-tank installed (which we also purchased from Lowes). They got the job done in a little under 2 hours, including a fair amount of copper pipe work above the new unit to attach the expansion tank.

Unfortunately, one (of two) outside water faucet replacements malfunctioned and water backed up in my basement. It flooded my basement. Work was excellent so naturally I called him back. He discovered pipe busted(weather?) and we scheduled a time to replace the plumbing (with better quality material). His scheduling data base must not have been working properly and after several attempts within two hours of no response, I cancelled the sheetrock person. He came, later near the end of the day. Too late. He does great work, sorry I missed him. Asked him to contact me and we can arrange another appt. That appt miscue is minor except it must still not be functioning properly.

This company is hot garbage. Was an ASAP member with them for years. Had a pluming repair that…read morewent wrong less than a year ago should have easily been under warranty. As usual they implied it was my fault or act of nature. When trying to resolve it they would not even return my calls. I contacted the BBB but appears to be going nowhere. They seem to only care on upselling you or quick to take your money. But when you need them to hold up their workmanship or at least a courtesy call of discussing a solution you get ghosted. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay clear!
