Donnie and Angel did it again!!! You can tell they take pride in their jobs. Wanted to check the tires for our cross country road trip to drop off the car to our daughter in FL. Tires were good for another rotation but we changed them out. Donnie went over all the tires available for the car and I asked him for suggestions and he was very honest once again. I told him to have the alignment checked and anything else that needed attention. Angel called back and said that the alignment arms needed to be replaced and I told him to go for it. Donnie provided a very fair price and I can't emphasize enough the honesty these guys have because it could've been a lot worse and I wouldn't even know about it. Bunch of hacks. Went there for 4 new tires. They inflated the tires to the maximum rating on stated on the tire, not the recommended tire pressure for the vehicle. On my next visit they installed two of the same sized tires on one side of the car instead the wider ones on the rear. Complete incompetence on two seperate occasions. Stay away. read more

Was recommended by European Autowerks and they did not disappoint. Needed to balance my tires and do an alignment on my Mercedes CLA 250. Proper inspection and showed me hands on a problem with a rim that has a slight bent that causes a small vibration that I was not aware of. Great customer service and pricing. I called Barney's yesterday to get new tires, since the dealership recommended new tires. Wade told me that they didn't have them in stock but he ordered them and got them the next day. I came in & he let me know that I still had about 8,000-10,000 miles left on my current tires & he would recommend waiting a little since it wasn't needed. I appreciate the honesty of their company. And I am so happy that I found a trust worthy company that won't screw me over to get more money. Before I left, they also added air in my tires since they noticed one was low. Barney's is a great local business! I've used Barney's for several vehicles (new tires and alignments) and they are the best around. You might be able to save a couple bucks going to America's tire and buying their off brand tires but Barney's sells a good product, provides good service, and is locally owned. All valid reasons do me to spend $15-$20 extra for tires every few years. They are fast too. I've had work completed while I've waited but you can drop off and pick up as well. The staff is knowledgeable and has never tried to upswell me on something I didn't need. They will make recommendations of course but aren't pushy at all and will be honest and up front about what needs attention and what can wait. Highly recommend! read more

Called Barney's wheel and tire looking to get a quote on some 35" tires for my F150. I was looking at a specific brand of tires ( kenda ) and was provided a quote. I was advised that I could get into a better set of tires. Some brand new Falken At4s with a 65000 mile warranty at a similar price range. They also advised me I would need to do some trimming in the inside of my front fender well area to keep tires from rubbing since I only have a 2" level kit. They also provided this service as well as the alignment after everything was installed. Needless to say Barney's went above and beyond with a top quality product and customer service. I took my wife's suv to get an alignment after installing new toyo 35 rt tires. My wife's rear tire went flat. The tow truck driver was loading it on the flatbed and from the bottom he noticed the camber bolts were left loose so it was eating the inside of the rear tires. We just bought a new BMW and ran over this huge nail! Of course, each BMW run-flat tire is super expensive to replace. The tire was losing air so fast and we struggled with putting air in 4 times before we could bring it here to Barney's. They checked us in right away and went to work. Andrew and Shane gave me some hot water to warm up as we waited for the technician to plug the hole. Then when it was time to pay up, Andrew and Shane was like : "it's free man... no charge just to plug a tire"! My husband and i were shocked ! Nothing is free in America any more, is there?
