The other week, I noticed I had a nail in my tire so I stop by to see if I needed a patch up. It was in my thread but I didn't have a flat. I thought maybe it's keeping the air in so I didn't pull it out. I went to the shop and they said they would check it out. They looked at it and pulled it out. It was indeed superficial and didn't puncture the wall. They didn't charge me anything to look at it. I appreciate their assistance and their honesty. The person helping me was so nice and offered to stay later due to my work schedule/traffic. Quick service and the tires have a high mile warranty (which is what I was looking for). I would not recommend coming to this location for tires the owner was extremely rude with little to no knowledge about tires at all. I asked for pricing and he tried to overcharge me. My tires were changed and there were holes in my brand new tires. I tried to ask for his name and refused to give it to me. Argued with me and told me I did not know what I was talking about. I took my car to one of those "big" tire shops in Murrieta and was told I'd have a 3 hour wait to be seen. I didn't feel like waiting, so I brought my car to Franco's after reading the reviews. I can't say enough good things about them! I was seen immediately, and the team there was SO nice. Evelyn was super friendly and we had a nice chat while my car was serviced. Sure enough, I had a nail in my tire. Franco's patched it right up, for an incredibly reasonable price, and sent me on my way - I was in and out the door in 20 mins. I could not be happier. We went to the location on an emergency. He told us to bring the car to the back and checked the tire that what we believed was the problem. Fortunately, there was no leak but we didn't know what the problem was. Well the attendant was determined to help us out. He checked each tire and found a valve stem was cracked. He replaced the stem and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car was a Honda Accord and he explained how the tire alert works on the car. He asked question to help is troubleshoot and he ended up fixing the tire issue. The customer service at Franco's was beyond what was expected. They were personable and easy to talk to and no up selling pressure. This shop has my business for life for sure! read more

I went to Franco's Tire Shop today and got 4 new Cooper Endeavor Plus tires installed on the wife's vehicle. Gil installed them quickly, and I was out the door. Best price on the tires I could find, and I probably got 10 different quotes. Franko's price beat out all the others by $50 to over $100. I highly recommend checking out Franko's if you need some tires. This shop currently only does tires, but they have another shop in Lake Elsinore that offers more services. read more
