These guys deserve your business! Saturday, I was driving from San Diego to Palm Springs, and a tire blew out about 30 miles short of Temecula. The car has run-flat tires, so no spare. It took 2 1/2 hours for the tow truck to come, but America's Tire normally closes at 5:00p on Saturdays, and is closed Sundays, and it was 4:30p when the 45-minute tow truck ride started. I called the store, and they generously agreed to stay open late for me, otherwise I would have been stuck there until Monday. They replaced the tire, perfectly, keeping the store open an extra 45 minutes to help me out. First rate customer service like this is rare today, but was a real life saver today. Had to come in for a tire repair while at a business conference here in Temecula. I walked into this America's Tire here on Temecula Parkway and was greeted by Shea, who along with his team helped me out through the entire process of getting that tire patched up and all of the other others rotated and balanced. He answered my questions and helped solve a few problems that I had. He was super kind and helpful. The tires were rotated and two new ones added. We went in yesterday 1/30/26 to get a slow leak repair on a rear tire and rotate and balance the tires on our vehicle. The service man checked out the tires and recommended new tires due to a front end alignment issue. So we purchased 4 new continental tires and got the alignment done on the front and rear of the vehicle. Everyone there was exceptional especially Ryan the tech that did the alignment. I had to get a new tire fast and after I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they rushed to help me even tho it was extremely hectic and busy and on top of that they were under construction so there was very limited space but they still made me a priory and they went though great lengths in their system to transfer my purchase from one tire to another and it came the very next day! And it took under 30 minuets to get my new tire on this is by far the best customer service I've ever gotten and made me make the decision to only choose this location for the future. It was cold and rainy today. I left work midday and noticed my tire pressure light was on. It is difficult to find self serve air in town. I drove to Americas Tire station on Temecula Parkway and drove into their air station and waited maybe a minute. Darren came out with a smile and asked a few questions. He checked the air pressure on all my tires in few minutes and discovered the tires were low. He filled them to the correct Pressure while i waited in my car. He also explained Subarus were self resetting . Darren said i was close to needing new tires, which was helpful to know. He provided great service and useful information. I believe I called this store somehow by mistake and spoke with Charles (think bow tie) and he was super helpful in assisting me with ordering a still under warranty replacement tire. We spoke on the phone after shopping many tires out here & there & I have to say he is a very good mgr./salesman in that he talked me into a tire I didn't quite want & a price I wasn't quite ready for! But after more research I relented & up'd my game... the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is when I showed up for my appointment the previous day, no one was interested in helping me I waited 20 + minutes to be finger shushed by a guy on the phone when I tried to inquire as to Dans whereabouts... albeit they were extremely busy! Paid 490$ for parts and alignment work and my alignment is still the same as when I brought it in. I went back to ask them to fix it under there warranty as they said they would and was charged even more money for even more parts to fix what should've been fixed the first time. We had a flat on the 15N and called ahead to reserve a tire for our Mercedes'. They didn't have our size in stock but said to come on by so they could help get us home safely. When we arrived about a half hour later, Mike took care of us and called the other Temecula location and had them hold our tire until we could drive over. I worked in their air conditioned office while they worked on our car and appreciated their urgency and high level expertise. Very much appreciated on a hot day with a flat heading back home to Palm Springs. We weren't in the best of moods and they were helpful enough to get us through it. Thanks again! read more
