He reached out to the driver and called me right back stating that the bus will be approximately 45 minutes late due to a traffic accident that they were stuck behind (beyond their control). They get 3-4 (3.5) stars for customer service. They have a ticket office/ waiting room but oddly it is not open, probably due to staffing and time of day.. it is currently 1:32 AM, and I'm waiting for the 12:30 AM bus, although the 11:30 PM bus is stuck in the traffic jam as well. The people employed act as if the paying customers owe them something when in all actuality they customers are the reason they are employed. The seating is old and unclean and the floors look as if they haven't had a CLEAN mop over them in years. It also reeks of a unpleasant scent. It's unfortunate that this is one of the venues that is available for affordable transit in Charlotte. I hope they get a facelift soon.

Overhead announcements tell you about the next train going north, but the next station is the last one, so don't even bother. Our journey director was outstanding. Our fellow travelers were fabulous, a group of 12. We would explore the coast from this beautiful spot in Positano, each day setting out for adventure in a lovely Mercedes van. We were mostly in places where we saw few Americans, we ate at wonderful restaurants, and had an absolute blast. We had a wonderful blend of active and down time, we learned and saw so much, and laughed every day ! Amazing! The next trip was Florence, Cinque Terra, and Tuscany, amazing as well. The hotels and villa we stayed in were top notch, our journey director amazing, another perfect trip.
