First and foremost, their new Walk in day and time is on Wednesdays from 9-12pm as of 3/26/25 and they usually take no more than 12 people max depending on how many agents they have working that day. They do say people start lining up as early as 6am on those days, so it's up to your discretion. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was greeted by a clerk who came out to the door, and they made sure you had everything ready to go before they allowed inside to wait on a clerk. They will check the application, ID'S, signed and notorized forms, etc... If you are missing something, they will let you know and explain the corrections needed to be made. I unfortunately had to return three times for failure to fill out the form correctly (It was a lot and nerve-wracking on my part). I thought it would have to wait months again before I could schedule another appointment but the clerk Christa and another lady (failed to get her name) were both very pleasant and understanding and they saw me distraught and offered all the help and even squeezed me in the next day to come see the lady first thing next morning. They truly are very friendly. Unfortunately, they just have to follow the government rules and make sure everything is correct before submitting everything over and that's where a lot of people get frustrated, understandably so but the clerks will work with you and help you make same day, next day or even weekend appointments to return instead of just dismissing you and telling you to make appointment online again. You can also pay for money orders at this facility with a debit card unless you want to have those ready or a personal check. Overall, I had a great experience. Just make sure everything is filled out accordingly and all documentation is available, and it should all go smoothly. No less than 20 minutes from them checking over paperwork to you paying and leaving. They do go over all instructions afterward regarding the timing of passports, what to expect, and where to go to track your passport. I wouldn't mind coming back to this location if I need to.

The station does have the usual automated ticket vending machines at both ends of the platform. Note that the Lynx system requires that you keep your ticket with you at all times. There are fare inspectors on the line and they don't accept "Oops." 25th Street Station is handicapped accessible with ramps from street level to the platform. It is between Parkwood (towards Uptown) and 36th Street Station (towards University). There are audible and visual announcements of the train in each direction. There really isn't much nearby. We walked up the stairs and found a lot of trash including some feminine hygiene products that left me wondering if they were applied while climbing up the stairs. Gross. Purchasing a ticket at one of the 2 ticket vending machines was easy enough and self explanatory. The train was waiting on us and it took about 5 minutes for it to start rolling. This station is the southern terminus of the Lynx line so it has a greater capacity since more…read morepeople will be starting or finishing their journeys. They have a three story parking deck (free!) and a ground level overflow lot. Both are accessible from South Boulevard. The platform is elevated, so you might want to consider taking the elevator or feel free to climb the stairs if you feel fit. There is a ticket vending machine on the platform, but you may want to use one of the two that are in the garage if there is a line. Not a whole lot of cover on the platform, so if it's wet or windy or cold, I'd suggest waiting in the garage until the train gets ready to leave.

Not sure but I think there are only kiosks to buy tickets on one side of the station since the train didn't originally go past this point.
