This review is long overdue. I went to the Apple store in South Coast Plaza and they offered to replace my wife's iPhone for $200 plus sell me the AppleCare for an additional $99 dollars so if this were to happen again, she's covered. Called AJ from the Apple store (thanks Apple for the free use of your computers) and was able to fix it right away. Only a 20 minute drive from South Coast Plaza and AJ was able to fix my wife's cracked screen in less than 30 minutes. The phone is perfect. Lifesaver. My daughter got bumped by someone at Disneyland and dropped her iPhone 6. In spite of the plastic screen protector, the screen shattered. We showed up right as they were about to close down the shop but instead of turning us away they had no problem taking it in and fixing it. iCracked my phone for the first time EVER!!! Posted on FB and had a few of my friends recommend me to AJ...so I contacted him...he was AMAZING!! Answered ALL my questions..provided me with a great quote...now I just had to decide whether it was worth actually fixing my iphone 5C or just getting a new one since I think the fall did a little more than just crack my screen. I went into the shop and was assisted by (Kelsi - i think :) ) She was equally as helpful...let me know about their guarantees again and did not try and push me into doing anything. Gave me some pros and cons and I told her to give me a couple minutes to decide while she helped another client. While I waited, I watched her interact with the client that just had their phone fixed...he had some questions about the tempered glass and she didn't skip a beat. Even giving him some information on other phone models and her experience with them. She came back to me and I decided that it would be better for me to just get a new phone, since I had this phone for a year and had already done significant wear and tear to it....If my phone was newer, I wouldn't have hesitated and I will definitely keep their card. I called today because I dropped my phone on Saturday and the screen cracked all over. I have a really busy week and wasn't able to find places to go after work to fix it. My coworker recommended this place because they actually drive to you which is super convenient. I called and the owner said he would have a tech contact me. The tech called me about 2 hours later and told me what was included and pricing. I agreed so he came to my job about 2 hours after our call and he fixed it in about 20 minutes. It was more pricier because I have the 6 Plus he drove to me. My iPhone 5S had a terribly cracked screen; I was worried it wasn't fixable. This repair shop was AMAZING and saved me (it was a work phone). Extremely friendly service, very quick (less than an hr), and they even added a protective screen. My screen looked flawless after they fixed it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNBEATABLE PRICES. Like many of us I fell victim to a broken screen after dropping my phone on a hard concrete surface. I was so distraught, it is so unlike me to that.
