It's 109 for iPhone 6 and 80 for the cheaper glass. It's a little cheaper to pay cash because with the tax they split it with you but with card you pay the full tax. I've been using Icracked since last year(2014). Aj, the owner, is awesome. He's always very helpful. My BF works in telephone and security camera installation and repair so he's always putting crap like screws, nails, bolts, etc in his pockets, usually where his iPhone is, more often than not, he will find his iPhone cracked or chipped because of the things he's placed in his pockets. This service was incredibly speedy and helpful! I had a little too much fun one evening last month and drunkenly slammed my phone screen-first into the concrete, where it promptly shattered into a dozen or so pieces. I signed up with iCracked the next day, and was put into touch with their representative, Jason. As I understand it, iCracked is really a tech matchmaking service -- all of their employees are certified through the company, but they are independent contractors. Once you sign up, iCracked will notify all representatives in your area, and one of them will accept the job (kind of like Uber). You can schedule to meet the reps pretty much anywhere. Jason mentioned that the most popular venue is usually a coffee shop, although they also will meet at office buildings and, in my case, clients' apartments. Jason was super friendly! He also let me watch the screen repair, which was pretty cool. The screens come with a lifetime (99 year) warranty that covers screen function ONLY (so if you hulk smash your screen again, you are sadly out of luck). But if the screen were to, for example, stop responding to touch, iCracked would send someone out to replace the screen free of charge. The whole process took about an hour, and cost (for the iPhone 6 plus) about $140 with tax. These were both clearly stated to me before I even scheduled the appointment, so I appreciate how upfront they are with time and monetary costs. Maybe this price is a little steep, I don't know. I made the mistake of getting phone insurance through GeekSquad, who have become absolutely useless these days, so it was way cheaper for me to go through iCracked instead. I meant to ask specifics about the quality of the replacement screen, but so far I can tell no difference between the original screen and new one. I think having the lifetime warranty alleviates many of the concerns over the screen durability, anyway. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this service! read more

I paid $236 to have my iphone 7 screen repaired and called shortly after the technician left as the phone was jumping from program to program dialing conference calls, facetime, going mute etc... The technician came back to repair it but I was advised it was another problem "not caused by them of course" and I would have to pay more money. They refused to honor my This place is a rip off, there 5-star rating is a joke. warranty blaming it on something else I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Today was my third visit to this business. Two years ago I cracked my iPhone 5 screen and they gave the going rate to fix it. However a year later it had a small separation issue and they repaired it for me again at no charge. No charge!! Today I took the same phone in because the battery went bad. Not only did she quickly repair the battery and at a low cost, but she also insured all the screws were tight and replaced my home button at no charge. I would recommend this place to anybody. I drive all the way from South Orange county to have my Apple equipment serviced here. They even fixed an iPad for me last year. I dropped my iphone 4s and horribly cracked my screen, I was sure that I was going to have to pay and arm and leg to have it repaired or have to buy a new phone altogether. when I did an internet search icracked popped right up and they had amazing reviews, well deserved too. I had Robert in Fullerton fix my phone and I can't even tell you how amazing the customer service was. I was welcomed into his home and treated like family. His wife made me coffee and gave me a freshly baked home made cupcake topped with sprinkles. I had great conversation with his wife and even played some basketball with his kids.
