Perhaps he was technically qualified, but I felt he was poorly trained in handling patients, diagnosing, and recommending best treatment plans. I did not like the general vibe in this office. They handled my care very poorly and recommended unnecessary treatments at high costs (as was evident by another opinion I received from the dentist who eventually treated me). Also, the treatment rooms have no windows and felt very claustrophobic and grim to me. I cannot recommend using this office.

Recently, we received a very rude reminder about dental cleaning and a threatening message that if we don't schedule our last cleaning for the fiscal year, our account will be deactivated! What is that supposed to mean? I don't understand what kind of business this place is running if they think these kind of messages are going to bring more clients?! Quite the opposite! It is unheard of hygiene appointments to be required so patients can keep their account active! Usually, dental facilities and private offices send friendly reminders for the patients to take advantage of a covered by insurance dental cleaning since there are only 2 per year. The manager needs to really apologize to all patients who received this kind of unpleasant email or text message as this is really unprofessional and totally unacceptable! Dr. Eilers is extremely friendly and compassionate. She never tries to upsell you or make you think you need more work or some kind of treatment you don't, unlike other dentists these days. Dr. Eilers has many, many years of experience and certainly knows what she's doing, rest assured. Lastly, she doesn't prescribe 800mg ibuprofen only 600mg ibuprofen, which is kind of friggin weird to be honest (REALLY weird to be honest actually), considering I, and anyone, can just go buy it at any drugstore. It's an over the counter med and not like it's a narcotic but you'd think it was from the way she prescribes.... overkill if you ask me. I'm pretty sure I've covered it all at this point. The doc has an excellent chairside manner, is great with administering anesthetic (often the most painful part of the job), and is very consultative and thorough pre- and post-procedure, so that no surprises occur. I use to go to it when it was a friendly old Armenian dentist and it was bought by Dr. Chang. He is very nice and listens with patience.
