When i said that i requested dreads and not twists she became angry and told me that she had blocked 6 hours of clients for my appt and that twists were exactly the same as dreadlocs. I disagreed and we rescheduled. At second appt she showed me actual dreadloc ext and i was thrilled. About 30 min in i asked for a mirror. When i looked at my right side which she said was "done" there were only 5 dreads. Each ext was coming out of a hexagon with 3" sides ! It looked ridiculous ! I found out that she had only ordered 40 ext even though she told me at consult that the $650 price was due to the fact that my hair was so thick it would require 100. She only ordered 40. I asked her to take them out. She never offered to do it again after ordering more dreads. She never offered to combine the dreads with something else. As i was leaving she said she would issue a refund the next day. The following day i received a zelle payment of $150 ! Both appt fails we through no fault of my own ! Both appt fails were the direct result of her actions. She kept $500 of my payment without even discussing it with ne and now refuses to answer my calls or text messages. Very unprofessional. Borderline criminal actions that cost a single mother of a special needs child $500. I strongly do not recommend.

That makes no sense, considering how fast the one they claimed to have ordered for her had arrived. It felt like they were just trying to push old inventory on her to get rid of her. The topper was clearly wrong. I called about returning it and was told they would accept it back with a $200 fee, which was upsetting considering the circumstances, but my mom is ill and didn't want to fight them. When I showed up in person to do the return, the owner suddenly changed her story--no return allowed, only an exchange, still with a whopping $200 penalty. This was manipulative and completely unethical. Preying on vulnerable seniors is disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs. *In response to owner: I should not have had to accompany my mother to protect her from being pressured into taking something home that didn't work. She was given two bad options and tried to pick from that because she was told they couldn't get anything else and they refused to do any kind of return (even though it was unused and unworn and had just come in). It was our first time here and her 1st scalp massage. I called ahead to make reservations on a Tuesday after work and we were the only ones there. It was such a relaxing experience! They were kind and took great care of us. We did the Signature treatment. They start with a scalp assessment with their camera. My tech pointed out my scalp was inflamed, dry and sensitive. I could see it too! And the amount of build up... yikes! I suffer from scalp psoriasis unfortunately too. :( After they took us back to lay down for the scalp massage and treatment. They gave us towels/wraps and I came prepared with a tube top. There are manual leg massagers while receiving the scalp massage. My tech covered me up with a blanket and made sure I was warm and comfortable. I could not believe that was a 90 minute session. The time went by so fast because it was so relaxing! We both enjoyed the scalp massage and agreed we could go without the facial for our next visit. They blow dried our hair and used the LED brush combs after. Then my scalp was reassessed again with the camera and it was sooo clean! The inflammation and buildup was gone. My hair felt so soft. My sister in law loved the experience to celebrate her! The only con was the language barrier. Things weren't explained and our session had minimal conversations. I would have liked to get some pointers and advice on how to care for our scalps after. Luckily, this wasn't my 1st scalp treatment and I knew what to expect. I explained some things to my SIL. They offered us tea yet it was lukewarm.
