I received no response to my text message until Monday morning , saying he was busy moving and didn't get a chance to respond and asked me if I still wanted him to come. I was still very understanding and patient since I am a business owner myself, who is setting up shop. So I understand that there is a timeline for everybody and as long as there is good communication and we can set something up in a timely manner, I would be fine with it. This was not the case. I responded almost immediately to Frank to let him know that I understand, and would still like to have him come if he could, or set something up for the following day if that was better for him. He completely ghosted me! It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard back from him. This is extremely unprofessional as I am a business owner who needs to get things done for my shop as well.
