They responded quickly, gave me a good proposal and now maybe 4 working days later we are enjoying our brand new Konica Minolta bizhub C360i because it is up and running on our network 3 hours after delivery. I was looking to purchase a service contract on my office copier and the manufacturer referred me to BCS. The receptionist did not seem to understand the concept of a service contract and they did not once return any of my 4-5 phone calls. I was once told someone was reviewing my request and would get right back to me and once that my request was being passed to a manager. No one ever responded. It turns out that I'll be purchasing a new copier, but I sure won't give these guys the opportunity to bid. Gees. Just call and say ya' can't help me, instead of making excuses and letting me phone again and again. It wastes my time and makes your organization look just so unprofessional. read more

We've leased a copier from this company and their customer service is absolutely the worst! We've had an issue with our copier for over 2 months, they've sent out 2 service people and they still haven't fixed the issue. They will continue to tell you that they will respond to you within a day or so but they never do. The only way you can speak with them is if YOU contact them. Since 0-stars is not possible... 1-star is my only choice. This company is the worst IT provider in San Diego. After years of working with the previous company that BCS acquired, we cancelled our service with BCS. They wouldn't respond to emails or calls to their helpdesk. The company is a nightmare and I'm adding more details to avoid a bigger one. I've waited a long time to get toner sent (about a month long). That's about a month of paying their fees and not being able to use their copier. For the last three months (around May), I've had to request technical support on their printers because it malfunctioned/didn't work. One-two weeks wait to get someone to come over. Customer service is also insanely bad. The President of Operations & Sales does not return my calls for basic info (i.e., copy of contract) or to handle any complaints. I called a lot because we tried to contact BCS to get a copy of the contract when we didn't want to deal with the company anymore and couldn't get a hold of him. From what I was told, we needed to get a hold of him to get a copy of the contract. With the amount of times I called, I feel like I should have been successful in reaching him and him talking to my boss since most of the time I called to see if he was in the office, I try to make sure my boss was in the building and not busy doing some labwork. I called several times and with days in between sometimes; I would say it was two to three weeks of calling. There are also random fees we needed explaining because we couldn't make sense of it without the contract. When we started to feel we weren't getting what we paid for (toner delivery slow, service a little slow, no contract copy given), we really began questioning things. Those days of waiting for service and toners really seems to add up because some of our stuff looks crappy without color. I really feel service had been bad in every way since our contract is about to expire and I feel they know we're not going to sign again with them (i.e., I said I was looking for other companies at one point) because I'm not sure why else we haven't been able to get our copy of the contract. My company has 23 units with BCS and we have had great service. The units are Konica Minolta's. Techs seem to be first class and are always here within 3 house or less when we have issue. We've been on their lease for a little more than a year, our first 2 months with them were pretty decent but as soon as the honeymoon/wooing period is over and started running out of toners, that was when the company's real colors starts to show. They have promised a monthly supply of toners when we signed up but they lied, we have to phone in to get the toners. Their customer service is extremely atrocious, we have 2 printers and we would naturally order 2 back up toners and usually only end up getting one - and not to mention it takes more than 2 weeks sometimes before they arrive while our company hangs dry waiting for it. The representatives on the phone are extremely rude, unprofessional, and don't even bother leaving messages for them because they will never call you back. You can't even count on them to do an update on the printers. When we asked them how often the printers need updating and how often will they be coming in, the tech rep simply told us that they couldn't give us an answer and it would be "up to us" to check with them from "time to time." San Diego business owners BEWARE!!!!! BCS is the worst printer provider in the county....please do not fall for their fake testimonials on their website. The courtesy that they show in the beginning is short-lived, but once they lured you in, you'll be trapped with them for months with the worst possible service you could ever think of. This is the Second Set of copiers that my company has purchased from Business Copier Solutions. We have had a couple of issues over the past 5 years but, the staff was very attentive and reliable. This is why we have bought our new copiers from Keith, and if their Service stays at the caliber that we have come to expect than I See us doing business with BCS for many years to come.
