They said she did well and provided some tips on things to work on which is always helpful for a pup parent! Ruby was cute and fresh! She was also very sleepy. For his first trial visit (which was free) I dropped him off at 9am to a great staff member. She took his bag of food and treats from me and off he went to the back. I was probably (I Was) more sad than he was. But knew he was going to be in good hands. I picked him up around 5:30 an he was just a little ball of happiness. He got in the car and immediately started whining at the door...he had already missed the new friends he had made. They gave him a good report at the end too, which made me happy! As soon as we drove away however, he immediately fell asleep. And other than for eating dinner and taking a very potty breaks he was passed out for the rest of the night. He even went into his crate early in the morning the next day, a sign that he had the Wigglebutt hangover. Can't wait to bring him back more!

I left one day's food for each dog. It was returned to me at pick up. None of the dogs ate anywhere near an appropriate amount. Nothing was said about this. I weigh their food so I can tell to the ounce what they consumed. The medicine provided was gone so I will presume it was administered. Not eating much one day is not terrible but I should have been told. My low score is due to the billing pratices. I found three different brochures in their lobby. Only one brochure includes printed prices for services. It states $47.50 per night exactly the same wording as their website. I never asked about the cost when I booked the 3 runs, I needed the service and they have a very attractive facility. The charge at register was $120 more than I expected. The reason is they have an unposted policy of charging $40 per dog if you pickup after 12:30 pm. I had asked when I made the appointment when was drop off time and pick up time, I asked again the day before drop-off, and I called to clarify that they were well on Wed and stated I would be picking up around 2 pm Thurs. Never once in 3 person to person interactions, was I told of this extra fee only that they opened at 8 am, I could come any time before 5:30 pm and they needed to be picked up by 5:30 pm. Caleb (a manager?) told me it was a known policy but agreed to waive the fee this time. He mentioned recent changes over the last few months, that they charge per day not per night, if I had them groomed there is no afternoon pickup charge, that it was a clearly stated pricing, but he had nothing anywhere in the lobby or at the checkout counter to show me that. When I returned home, I read the reviews here and other sites. Mentions of this unusual pricing policy goes back much further than a few months. I will say the care for my dogs seemed ok. If I must use them in the future, I will request a written estimate of all charges and potential penalties before my trip to avoid these surprises.

Animal boarding attendant jobs are THE easiest jobs to get and they'll hire ANYONE. I would never board my pets here. Or "daycare." If it was an ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY it would be as short as humanly possible and I would pay the ridiculously expensive price for a "villa" with CAMERAS. Be careful at these places. Your dogs and cats are just dollar signs.

I have a 12 year old Maltipoo named Treble. Because I can't handle paying 4X more on my dogs hair…read morethan my own, I usually cut hers. I'm not complaining, groomers deserve every penny. I am sure if I walked into a Great Clips, dropped a load on their floor, threatened to bite if I wasn't treated like the prince of Brunei, I would be charged more than $15. When cutting Treble's hair, she stoically sits until she decides she's done then instantaneously becomes a Tasmanian Devil. When I give up and look at the resulting cut, I think to myself " Who cares, she's not a show dog" to make her feel better I tell her "That's how they're wearing it in France". During my last effort at a cut, I snagged a small tangle and a full on prima doggie-donna melt down ensued. At this stage of the cut she looked like she might be undergoing medical treatment. Instead of saying she's Chemo-chic! I took her to Animal Arts in Noblesville. I explained how sweet she is to start but they may want to use a weed eater to finish. When I picked her up she was happy as ever (even after surviving the horrific tortures of nail trimming) and the cutest I have ever seen her! I didn't have to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it and they were exceptionally nice to work with. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They did a great job!

My fur babies get so excited to see everyone whenever I drop them off. Kim (owner) and Heidi (manager) are super helpful and responsive. They have different themed activities every week to keep the dogs entertained and stimulated. They post lots of videos on IG so you can see what the dogs are doing. My dogs come home tired, happy and a little stinky from playing all day with other dogs.
