Bathrooms were decent and clean. Overall this is a "solid" theater. I've come to expect theaters with the big, comfy chairs that recline. That wasn't the case with ours. The chairs rock back and forth but that's it, and the legroom isn't the greatest. It felt like an early 2000's experience where you are super close to the other person and can't get as comfy as you'd like. Theaters have come a long way since then, but some are still...back there. He then told me to stand on the opposite side of the bar, in order to get a bartender's attention. They continued to ignore us. He then got Griff's attention. And told him that we have been waiting for 40 minutes. Griff gave him attitude by saying, "I have all these other customers that I am helping." And he walked away from my partner. He then took other people's orders that just arrived to the pub. After ten more minutes, Griff came back and took our order. We decided to not order food because the service was terrible. We ordered two steins. And the Guinness pour was terrible. Griff didn't even apologize for the poor service. We wanted to try this cinema for their food and to actually drink alcohol at a theatre in Utah. But yikes. We will not be back. I encourage the owner to train his bartenders, especially Griff.

Welp, I'm officially a Cinemark girl…read more I've been a big Megaplex go-er since the COVID era. I've racked up quite a few points because I see a movie with friends almost every Sunday. But we went to their competing theatre this week and it may have put the nail in Megaplex's coffin. Out of the last 8-9 movies I've seen, they have had kettle corn available only once. And it literally tasted burnt. The kid said, "Oh yeah, we ran out of sugar..." And the other times they just said, "We don't have any." On our last visit, we saw quesadillas were back on the menu so we ordered one. NOPE. The kid said, "Our grills aren't hot..." My friends and I are kettle corn people. We don't go for the buttered popcorn like everyone else. And now that it's consistently unavailable, we will indulge in our sweet and salty delight elsewhere. On top of that, the new app doesn't show your loyalty rewards points. So yeah, not loving what Megaplex is(n't) offering.

It's mostly an automated concession stand so be ready for that. Service was slow that day to get popcorn and a cup for soda. It was on a Sunday. I think Sundays might just be a slow day. The entrance to the movie was easy to locate. The seats were a bit tricky to locate in the dark. The advertisements had already began so the lights were out. There were many advertisements and movie previews to sit through before Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning began. Be aware of that delay. The seats are deep and luxurious. I sunk into the seat and felt very comfortable throughout the movie. They had sliding tables for each seat in the row I sat in to put food on while enjoying the movie. I was glued to the screen much of the time. Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning is action packed. I did use a restroom once during the film. The restroom was somewhat easy to locate. There are signs up near the ceiling by the restroom doors. Only problem was that the water for the sinks to wash my hands in did not dispense water. No water for the sinks! So I had to use an anti-bacteria foam dispenser by the door to clean my hands after using the restroom. One other suggestion. The air conditioning that day was excellent at the concession stand. However, inside the individual movie theater, it was too warm. Just a suggestion to turn the air conditioning up a bit more. It was hot outside when I was there.
