This office is great! I can always get in last minute, they take good care of my retainers. And the staff is just wonderful!

I broke my upper retainer and wanted to have a new one made from my mold. Upon calling in the morning, they said it was a slow day so if I could bring my mold in they could get it made, ready for pickup today. I can not say enough good things about this office and the staff. From the moment I walked in for my free consultation to current, I have been impressed! The office is always decorated so festive! The amount of time spent with me on my first appointment was so nice. They took the time to take before photos, meet with the doctor, give me a plan, and go over the financials. It was pretty transparent and all inclusive, no surprises and no pressure to move forward either. I'm currently a few months in and have the same impression of the office. Every visit or phone call is money with a friendly person and they're always good about squeezing me in when something happens. We love this office and everybody who works here. They are always professional, and the staff is full of smiles. Dr. Moranda is an expert at what he does. The best of the best in the valley! I have an underbite that was noticeable and was my biggest insecurity my whole life. I consulted different doctors and jaw surgery was the only option they gave me which scares me a little bit. Dr. Moranda was the only one who said he could fix it with braces, all I wanted was my teeth to have a normal bite and it was made possible because of him! This is the nicest office in the valley! The waiting area is so welcoming always clean and cozy, they even have a little gaming station and coffee station and is always themed for the holidays/season! I would like to start this off by saying I looked into a lot of different offices for my daughter's braces . As soon as I walked into Schantz & Moranda's I knew it was the place I wanted my daughter to get her care. We started our care in 2017 she was 9 and her teeth were in bad shape. The whole experience from the moment we did our first consultation fast forward to today when she got her braces off has been nothing but five stars. I only wish I had chosen Dr Moranda the first time around. I will always recommend this office to anybody looking for an orthodontist. I'm almost done with my treatment and I know everything run smoothly. I know they'll have my retainer ready to go for me as soon as I get my braces off (which is apparently not the case for every orthodontist office in the valley) Dr Moranda is highly intelligent, involved, and makes himself available for staff to ask questions. It is a very nicely run office. Techs are intelligent, very nice, accommodating and not afraid to ask questions. Front desk is always nice. I have nothing but good words for this office! Have you ever been late for an appointment? Ya, we don't make a habit of it, but we were a bit late for our appointment today and got CANCELLED!!! They called us at 11:33 and we had an 11:30 appointment (they will argue that the appointment was at 11:20, but it was made for 11:30. The orthodontist cancelled us because he had a very important date/appointment at noon. Oh, our time is not valuable and only yours is? We both missed a half day of work for this appointment and to be told very coldly and glibly that we had to reschedule is insulting. We continued to drive to their office and were there a few minutes later but at that point, the receptionist or the orthodontist or the office manager had been so rude to us that our stomachs were in knots. No one should be treated so harshly as we were. Dinner reservations, doctors offices...most businesses have a reasonable grace period and treat one another with respect. NOT THIS ORTHODONTIST AND HIS STAFF! Stay away from this place. read more
