We came to Braces Oasis on recommendation of a friend, from the first phone call Bea was so friendly and inviting while scheduling our appointment. They were able to get us in the next business day, so the flexibility and availability they have is amazing. They have a fun atmosphere for the kids and even a slushy machine to help with the discomfort that often comes from braces! Dr. Alexander is personable and friendly. Patients beware. This office uses fear mongering to influence patients into braces. Mr Alexander's assessment stated my daughter would likely need adult teeth pulled if I didn't accept his treatment plan. I felt this was a pretty extreme thing to write to a parent. So, I took my daughter for a second opinion. The other facility disagreed with Mr Alexander assessment, stating child still has stating 1/2 baby teeth. Patient Keep in mind - this is a business. We absolutely love Braces Oasis! Dr. Alexander is incredible--so knowledgeable, personable, and truly great with kids. The entire staff is wonderful and super fun; they always make us feel very welcome every time we visit. My daughter actually looks forward to her ortho appointments (which says a lot), thanks to the kind, patient team and the upbeat atmosphere. The office itself is amazing--it's got the coolest decor and such a fun, modern vibe. I rarely write reviews, but I would give this practice a 10 if I could!!! Without going into details, I came in for a specific retainer. They took x-rays, photographs, and Dr. Alexander did a full consultation/review of my mouth and told me that he could not help me and that I needed to see a dentist for a solution for my missing teeth. I then asked him about whitening my lower stained teeth. Again he gave me a totally honest answer. Also, his front office receptionist, Melissa, and his dental tech, Vanessa, were BEYOND exceptional. And when I left, there was no charge. If I needed orthodontics, this would be the only place I would go to. read more

Incredible caring company! We are out of town and my daughter is not a patient but she lost her rubber bands. She has been working so hard the last few months to wear them and she was so upset and stressed to lose progress. I called around and other offices were unable to help even though I was willing to pay, Melissa was so helpful and welcoming and was able to get us some rubber bands so we could enjoy our trip. This shows that they care more about what they will get in return but care about people and how they can help. Top notch business that cares for patients even if they aren't their own. I got my teeth whitened here today with Mariah and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, and very comfortable to be around. Her and the rest of the staffs energy here is unlike any other clinic I've visited before. I love how attentive the staff is and their great attention to detail. The teeth whitening was done within an hour and a half and my teeth are at least 3-4 shades whiter than they were before. I would come here again and recommend it to everyone else I know. read more
