The men showed up in a small truck (way too small for what we needed), already half filled with absolute garbage from several pick ups before ours. I watched in horror as my recently deceased father's belongings and the contents of our childhood home were chopped up with a sledge hammer and crammed into the truck so it would fit. all of his belongings were destroyed and sent to a landfill somewhere. And then the company had the audacity to charge us over $1000 to take it away. we expected to pay to have the items taken to charity, not to be taken to a dump. If you only have 100% pure garbage and don't care about the stuff and want to get rid of useless items that are going to the landfill, this company will suit your needs. If you have anything that could be donated to charity or reused or repurposed --DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The website is ALL LIES.
