When I called to tell them that they left the cookies out of the order, they put the manager on the phone and she suggested we come back to the store to pick up two cookies. It was raining and I really didn't want to get out again so I just wanted a credit on my card. The manager said they had no way to do that but they would put my name on a list and we could just ask for two cookies the next time we came in. They have no way of putting a credit on a card, or do they just not know how to do so?

The manager (Kendrick) comes to my car and apologizes. He then says he could put through my order and asks for my credit card and says he cannot give it to me for free. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FREE! He says he has my order details and says it should be about 5-7 minutes. He comes out again and one of my items is unavailable. I said forget the whole thing and got my card back. This jerk manager wouldn't even give me my "free" birthday cookie. I guarantee you if I were white this white manager would have offered some kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

The sandwich was soggy and cold, the fries were hard, and after watching what I saw as my food was prepared, I just no longer had the appetite. And to make everything worse, the restaurant was filthy. There was trash all over the floor and tables, the soda machine looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, there was salt spilled all over the drink tops, there were dirty rags under the sink in the food area, AND the machine where they cooked the fries looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. These locations are franchises so corporate can't help you. You must go through the store. In this case the Burleson store is responsible for cedar hill.
