"Double meat" smokehouse beef sandwich. Definitely not a Turkey Original with double meat and add mustard.
Jett H.

I came through the drive thru and from the start, the order taker was talking over me and and I got through the order and it was not repeated back to me. The assumption is they got it right.... I ordered a small Turkey Original with double meat and add mustard. Pic attached and you can judge if it is double meat. I don't feel so. Also, the order taker decided to charge me for a smokehouse beef sandwich and that is what I got, but not what I ordered. This store is getting really bad.

Cole machine did not function, so you have to get your drinks from the back via an employee. They are kind of slow. Ordered two sandwiches, two chips two drinks and two small Cinabuns and it was $36. Kind of pricey in my opinion. They also did not give ma a receipt when I paid so Whalen they called my number I was unsure which order was mine. Employees were not very friendly and did not seem to want to be at work today. The only reason for the 3 stars is that the food was good, otherwise I would rate a two.

Aloha Sliders. Worlds smallest sliders for $6.

Sat at the drive through window for 15 min. And the drive through cashier never came on the Entercom to greet us. Not cool!

It's located attached to a gas station. It was surprisingly clean. Service was prompt and accurate. Food was warm and tasted fresh.

I grew up eating McAlister's and have ordered the same Grilled Chicken Club since the early 2000s…read more It's a basic sandwich, but I seriously can't get enough of it! I could easily replicate the sandwich to save me some money (and a 25 min drive on a good day), but it's the nostalgia and tastiness that keeps me coming back. What it is: The Grilled Chicken Club is a simple, yet refreshing layered sandwich made with slices of wheat bread spread with dijon honey mustard and mayo, then stacked with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and sliced grilled chicken. I can literally recite the exact ingredients from memory. The cookies are delicious, the sweet tea is spot on, and the soups are always solid. A cashier recently recommended me the lasagna soup from my regular chicken tortilla soup, and now I can't stop making my own version at home. If this McAlister's ever closes, I will be devastated!!! Unfortunately, this location does not serve mashed potatoes as a side, which is a bummer!!

I am neither greeted by the cashier on her phone, nor given any sign that orders are kept elsewhere. After almost 10 minutes, I see someone else go to the counter and ask where their order is. When i walk ip to do the same, we are told that they have a problem with theft so they keep everything behind the counter now. A practical solution a suppose. But a sign slob the aforementioned area, or maybe greeting the waiting customer, would be good additions.

O---M---GOSH! if you havent tried this place, RUN, do not WALK!…read more my group of 6 all ordered different sammies, ALL WERE LOADED down with proteins! AKA MEAT! toppings were fresh around the board - and everyone raved about their sandwiches - all had different breads and they were talked about too. i got the french dip $15 and could only manage to put away 1/4 of it. meat was tender & well seasoned, good cheese ratio (i skipped onions & horseradish mayo) and au jus was very good. cant remember the last time a group order or various dishes received rave reviews across the board! side special of carrot fries was hot, fresh, well salted & surprisingly yummy. i dont like carrots - in any form - but i guess i have now found a form i like! side cheese curls was SO chewy-licious seasoned in garlic butter! and dont skip the desserts! several of us got the lemon bar $4 which was everything bright and good! i also got a NY style b&w cookie $5 that was a big as my hand. service was fast & friendly and amazingly perfectly accurate - important if you are taking food to go. which might be a good idea at peak times. seating at bar, and a few hightops with 2 hightops for 2 outside. also a picnic table outside. we all have other dishes we are anxious to go back and try. and in a town where a lot of places roll up their shops after lunch, its nice that turcotte's stays open til 9. meats by the pound available as well.

It was probably close to a lb of meat. The roast beef was fresh and I ate it all after a 5 mile hike. The venue is super cute and surprising to be in a strip mall. The family who owns and runs it is super nice. I would come back to try their other sandwiches because my friend said the Reuben was really good. I will update my review after I try another sandwich.

" - Farmhouse This chicken salad is absolutely divine. It has simple elements and no unnecessary additives. The only thing that can be tasted in this chicken salad is a bit of mayo, red onion, lemon juice, and jalapeño. It requires no "extra" seasonings. I am not a big fan of mayo, but for those who are, they will find this salad is light on the mayo. I did add EVOO to the mix to spread the chicken salad across sourdough bread. Outside of this chicken salad, I've purchased various cuts of meat and cheese from this shop. Each item I've purchased here seems to be better than the next. #supportlocal

I went in just hoping they'd put a salad in a wrap and they were so accommodating! The manager (I think) even confirmed each ingredient and suggested skipping the croutons which I agreed with. The wrap really hit the spot! Only small complaint was that they panini pressed the wrap which led to some limp lettuce- I didn't know the wraps would be pressed. But this was a small issue and the wrap was satisfying. The husband got a sandwich and said it was good though the bread was cut a little unevenly. All in all I'd come back for the great service alone.

The staff in Kyle & South Austin are consistently genuine, prompt & keep the restaurant clean. The 'Hook&Ladder' on wheat with a pickle. Quality service & fresh ingredients. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location…read more My sub was served with a completely broken top roll that was falling apart before I even touched it (see photo). Instead of asking for a new sandwich, I simply went back to the counter and asked if I could have another piece of bread so I could fix it myself. The employee refused. Her exact explanation was that she "only had 4 more rolls." She would not remake the sandwich, would not replace the bread, and would not even let me PAY for an extra piece of bread. When I showed her the sandwich and asked how I was supposed to eat it, she sarcastically told me to "put the bread back on the sub and eat it." The most unbelievable part was the refund. After refusing to replace a piece of bread or remake a clearly defective sandwich, I was offered a refund. When I went to the register, I was refunded exactly $1.00 on a $36.00 order and handed a receipt showing the refund amount. At that point it felt less like customer service and more like I was being mocked. The issue wasn't the damaged bread. Mistakes happen. The issue was the complete refusal to fix a very obvious problem, the dismissive attitude, the sarcastic response, and then the insulting $1 refund afterward. I've always thought Firehouse Subs was known for good customer service, but this experience was the exact opposite. Management should review how customer concerns are being handled at this location because this was unacceptable.
