Being young and on a strict travel budget, I initially asked for quotes from all the tinting services I found in the area. Not only was Gus the first to respond, but his quote was by far the most reasonable. Gus answered all of our questions and concerns, and when I mentioned that the van was usually either in Lake Worth OR Jupiter, he said he would happily come to either location. He was incredibly personable and down-to-Earth, and was genuinely interested in our travel plans. He mentioned he would be taking his time since he was doing the job BY HAND because our van was so old (the machine he has is for more standard windows) and he appreciated our pride in it. He sure did take his time and after a few weeks we still haven't found ONE flaw!! Gus even cleaned up all the little scraps of the foil, which was totally unnecessary considering we already needed to clean. I would never recommend anyone else for any job Gus offers! He called me back about 10 minutes later with a very good price for what I had requested. He ordered the glass and came to me to install it, in a storm, by 3PM. My window is now fixed and he vacuumed all the glass out of the car as well. It was a great price and quick service, and if you need your glass replaced, definitely call Palm Beach Auto Glass!

Very disappointing experience with Safelite…read more Safelite installed/repaired glass on my vehicle, and during the installation the rear-view mirror came off. I then had multiple follow-up appointments where the issue was still not properly fixed. One technician came out without the replacement glass and only re-glued the mirror, even though the repair did not appear sufficient. The mirror failed again the same day. Another technician came out and again did not have the replacement glass needed to complete the repair. A later appointment was scheduled, but the technician never showed up. After speaking with a supervisor and giving Safelite another opportunity to correct the problem, Safelite refused to complete the repair. At this point, I have been left with a defective repair, wasted appointments, and additional expenses. I expected Safelite to stand behind its work and warranty, but that has not been my experience.
